Horrible service!!! Went there at Tuesday 9:10pm ready for a delicious subway sandwich, the door was locked with an open sign on and Google saying they close at 10pm. Then I proceeded to go through the drive through, still no response. I pull forward to see a young lady on her phone with her AirPods on. Honked the horn couple of times she pretended not to see me. If you don’t like your job don’t make the customers suffer too.

This has got to the SLOWEST DRIVE THRU of my entire life. I’ve waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and there are still two people in front of me. Defeats the concept of “drive thru” if you’re parked the entire time! Avoid avoid avoid.

PLEASE have your employees wear HAIR nets...and BEARD nets. We drive through there at least once a week. Tonight, there was a hair in my salad. It was about six inches long. Thankfully, I saw it as I was lifting the fork and a piece of lettuce was just hanging in the air...Totally disrupted the entire movie night, made the rest of the family disgusted and we had to make other dinner plans. ALL FOOD employees need HAIR nets... :(

Ordered 2 footlongs I took My sandwich back because they didn't put pepperoni or bacon on it. When I got there they wanted to take my sandwich and just add the pepperoni and bacon to it. No, you don't take someone's sandwich that they've taken home and then just add what's missing! I asked for a new one to be made and when I got home half the bread was torn up and then when my mom started eating hers, her extra add on which was avocado wasn't even added. Fine. I understand people make mistakes but you want to take my sandwich back and just add meat to it. That is unsanitary!!!!!
