Last visit didn't go well, was short handed , had to wait quite a while for food, ran out of food for buffet .was very hot, asked for air to be turned up, was sweating , food was very greasy( meatloaf). Tea was good

Our family ate at Al’s last weekend! DELICIOUS food and GREAT service. We were in town visiting our son and his family. When we visit Trumann again, Al’s will definitely be on the list of places to visit!

I don’t write reviews, but completely unsatisfied with service from here Placed an order ahead of time to have during someone’s 30 minute lunch hour. Was told it would be ready a little after 11, at 11:10 they hadn’t even started cooking it. Didn’t receive until 11:25 (suppose to be in Jonesboro by 11:30). No apology for taking so long or explanation. Several others ordered after and were served before. Poor customer service, will not be returning.

Sorry, not the Al's of old. They were out of several different items, some major, needed for what you wanted to order. Don't know if this is due to the new management?? I went for chicken tenders, ended up with BBQ, still not stellar. I'll give it awhile and try them again another time.

I feel like they were not very friendly, not customer savvy, kinda rude. We called in an order was going in to pick it up you couldn't and no where on the door or did they tell us that when we ordered. Had to go thru drive-thru we sat there for awhile before anyone acknowledged we were there, food was just ok, our order wasn't fully correct, they didn't bother to tell us that they were out of somethings they thought you wouldn't notice I guess. Overpriced and just ok food

This place is great! Always has great food! I took an out of town buddy to eat there when he came to visit and after he moved to Jonesboro he’s done been there a few times without me! ?!!! Awesome burgers, salads, and you can’t forget an order of hickory fries!

They gave my chicken tenders away my Husband and I waited an 1 1/2 hours was told by owner he had all new people (understand) but then owner left was not the workers fault they were left on their own sorry but no more of my money will go to this place Several customer left this same time

Absolutely the best BBQ in Trumann and around the NEA area. Friendly staff, always nice, and fast service. The food is really really good, and their fried chicken tenders are probably the best on the menu. If you're a pulled pork person, this is the place.

The family packs of BBQ and Chicken strips are so delicious and at a really good price. All of their food is good. It is an old fashioned country restaurant.
