As a frequent patron of Burger King, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit to the establishment. Being one of my favorite restaurants, I was looking forward to enjoying their delicious offerings. However, my experience took an unexpected turn.Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with an unwelcoming attitude. To my surprise, the staff refused to serve me, citing an excuse that they only accept cash. This explanation struck me as odd, as it's uncommon for fast-food chains not to accept cards in this day and age.What added to my disappointment was the implied insinuation that my attire, possibly my work outfit, played a role in their refusal to serve me. This assumption, if true, is not only unprofessional but also discriminatory.Overall, my visit to Burger King left me feeling not only disheartened but also disillusioned. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and service from a renowned fast-food chain. I sincerely hope that Burger King reevaluates its policies and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and equality, regardless of their attire or payment method.

I mobile order a lot to the Trumann store, never have I ever been told that Burger King has nothing to do with the app & that they can’t help me with it when I was told I had to go into the app personally because they didn’t have a good item & deal with it myself. Like what???? so I left without food and without my money. Never again.

just order a chicken wrap and fries. They told me 7 mins on chicken that was fine . But they gave me a raw chicken wrap and cold fries . I will not be coming back here no more. If you don't like your job why apply for a cook .
I went here and the person in the drive through took 7 minutes. At first I thought he didn't know what he wanted. Then I get up to the front and they're just talking for several minutes. They hadn't even taken my money after several minutes, so I just left. won't be back.

The WORST Burger King I’ve ever been to. Cold burgers, stale buns, horrible management! The manager needs to be fired; She’s just as slow and lazy as the rest of them. The staff needs to be educated on food allergies, specifically Celiac Disease. You have to change your gloves before you go man-handling the customers burgers, and container!!!! I had to ask him to start over and change his gloves…The manager then goes and dumps the contaminated burgers back in with the rest of the burgers that had not touched bread!! Get educated!

Horrible if I could leave zero stars I would waited 10 mins just for someone to take our order then don't get our receipt when we asked for the items they missed we got told we never purchased them a large foundation drink had been spilled by a customer prior to us coming in and was still sitting there an half hour later even after multiple customers had complained multiple workers were touching food without gloves and someone had a 5/6 year old child walking around behind the counter handling the ice and other foods this place is a major health code violation

I am from Missouri on my way to Mississippi. My family and I stopped here for dinner at 8:20pm and their is a little girl running around in the back with the employees, the lady who dealt with our food was not wearing gloves and was rude..
