Most of the time sonic is better that most fast food. But for whatever reason usually being really busy. The burgers , tots and onion rings have been cooked to long. I like the car hops or the drive thru is better I think

Took my nephew to get dinner the service was fast but food was cold and tater tot’s not cooked long enough his chicken sandwich looked terrible the food has really changed last few time I have eat there it was my go to place for good hamburger.

Ordered 2 med milkshakes and it came to $10.00. Maybe I'm old at 65 but I thought that's high so I'll won't go back to any sonic just my opinion.

It all depends on when you go. If you go during lunch when adults are working, it is the best Sonic you will ever find. I refuse to eat there at night or on weekends because it is 100% kids and they don't care.

They can't seem to get our food right during dinner time this isn't the first time it has happened. (SOMEONE WAS CARRYING AROUND A BABY IN THE KITCHEN AREA) and messed up 2 of our orders back to back (we would have had only one order if they would've gotten the first order correct) so we had to place 2 orders!!! Bad experiences, they told me I need to bring the little cheeseburger back that they put in my order to replace the burger meal that I paid for...$15 for a cup of ice, cheese sticks, & a little burger? (it was supposed to be a double bacon cheeseburger meal) I'm not able to because I can't drive at the moment due to recent surgery and had three little kids that are tired and my burger was cold by the time I got ready to eat it & the manager on duty says is that all you need because I can't do anything for you and I kindly explained why I couldn't & she laughed at the situation, it's ok corporate will take care of it??

Tried again this week. Ordered a double burger and within 25 seconds I was eating it. It was such fast service that I didn't even have time to slide my card and it was a really good burger. Good job team. Friday November 4 2022 7:36pm
