My sister ordered online today and they said they never received the order. She was civil and showed them the online order and where it was taken out of her bank account and they decided to act childish and still refuse to give her her order. The manager even took a photo of her tags when she left angry because she had PAID FOR FOOD SHE DIDN'T GET. Ridiculous and childish behavior. Great job Trumann.

Yeah there are kids running the restaurant. I go in and make sure whatever I order is right but I've never had a problem with Truman Subway.
It's a Subway, if you've had a sandwich at a Subway you know what to expect. That being said this place is pretty great, the staff are friendly, and they load of your sandwich nicely.

Flies all over my food im so glad I decided to go in there’s nothing but young kids running it! There rude lazy you can tell they don’t wanna be there. I still have yet to get a refund! I literally drive to Jonesboro when I want subway.. I don’t recommend anything or anyone going there. They’re always in a rush trying to make 6 sandwich at once so if you care bout your food you might wanna watch it being made

We are from Oklahoma . stayed at motel next to the Subway shop. Very nice shop new building and they had a drive through! Very busy ... Oklahoma as i know it, i haven't seen a drive through..in a SUBWAY YET. Employees were so busy but as i walked in a nice greeting. I’m NEVER the type to right a review but I think this one is definitely needed! I order from subway sometimes and I’ve never had a bad experience but this time, I ordered 2 footlomgs that were suppose to be toasted they wasn’t. The meat was freezing cold, hints of it was toasted it wouldn’t have been cold! I called to get it replaced she was rude right from the start! Destiny was her name, she said shouldn’t couldn’t replace them unless I brought them back and I was in my lunch break which means I didn’t have time to go back and forth. I ended going back to get then replaced and the sandwhxihes were STILL FREEZING COLD and STILL NOT TOASTED. I called again after leaving and asked for corporates number she said she doesn’t have it and I can look it up, which’s there is no number for corporate that’s why I called. She said “Oh well that sucks” VERY VERY RUDE human being!!! Worst experience ive ever had at a restaurant!!
