The kids play place has no air circulation in there. Kids were so Hot.We propped the door open with a table. They really need air conditioning in the play place. This has happened more than once. We enjoy this restaurant just really sucks about the air.

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your food. Doesn't matter if it's the drive thru or inside. Hard to tell if it's because of a lack of staff, or lack of brain cells with their current staff. Absolutely pathetic.

3-22-24 Assualted by Employee!At 8:15pm while having dinner my two little girls ages 5 & 8 were playing on the indoor playground equipment; 3 adult-sized “teenagers” showed up to hang out & play around. A lady with her 2 small grand-children told the “teenager’s” that they were too big and “they” began to get mouthy towards the grandmother. I showed “them” the playground rules clearly stated that the equipment was for children ages 4-10 years old. The ring leader just got mouthier. I went to the front counter and asked why paying customers were being harassed by non-paying transients. The leader of the 3 punks jumps up and started to come at me with clenched fists so I squared up. Then an employee came at me from my left side for attack. His fists up saying “let’s fight this is my bro, let’s go, you want a piece of me”…Luckily the manager came over and interrupted before things got ugly.I called Van Buren Police Department @ 8:32pm and filled a report. The brother and friends of the employee took off before the police arrived.The Grandmother that was initially assaulted by the “teenager” also gave a report to the VBPD police officers.NOT A PLACE FOR YOUR CHILDREN

Came here 03/22/2024 at 7:50 pm and waited in drive thru a long time then get our order it was 2 burgers short went inside and waited again got 2 more burgers they were completely wrong. Never come here again. Terrible service.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I actually hate BK but my son loves it. The people here are slow and they do not know how to multi task. There is no fire behind their booty and it seems like they do not care how long it takes you to get your food in the drive through. I literally sit in the drive through 15-20 minutes every time.

This is for the Van Buren location!I wouldn't even give one start if I didn't have to. I'm really not one to complain but, I'll have to say Van Buren Burger King has got to be the absolute most worst place!! My family sat there IN LINE for 40 minutes, got home (in alma) just for our whole order to be completely messed up! From a wrong drink (supposed to be root beer, got a god awful mouthful of dirt water dr pepper), to both our burgers wrong. His was a melt, literally thrown on two buns NO MELT. Mine was supposed to be no mayo, it looks like they emptied the bottle of mayo all over it enough that the burger is completely soggy. Its ridiculous when you spend the amount we do for food only for it to all be wrong. He usually looks but having 2 children he was just ready to get home, not to mention waiting 40 minutes you'd think things would be just fine. Also we've tried about a dozen times to call, their phone won't even ring!DO BETTER!!

Best time to come to Burger King is four until close never had issues with the store since I've lived near by
