There were 3 of us in my car, so I had 3 mobile orders, but they would only give me two of them at a time. Absolutely ridiculous that they made me drive all the way around to get my third order. Not only that, but the drive-through was backed up and it took 10 minutes to get through each time. That was so long it’s because they are so inefficient! Their lawn longer to pick up the order I had already paid for! RIDICULOUS!!!

Everything went well and was correct but we tried to mobile order with gift cards and the whole order would have been cheaper because of the shareable offer that they have but unfortunately they do not even offer their OWN gift cards as a payment option.

When I pulled up, there was only 1 person in front of me. They had already ordered. I pulled straight up to the box and had a 5 minuteWait while the other lane was taking orders of people that pulled up after me. Three orders were placed in the next lane when I finally asked what are you doing that is taking so long that my order has not been taken? And the girl on the headset snapped, "I'm making coffee." OK thanks dairy queen was open, and I got my food before the people who had ordered at McDonald's did?

Every single time I have been to a McDonald's in recent times, they simply refuse to give me dipping sauces for my chicken nuggets. The first time I went, I asked for 3 sauces. I go home with my order to find none in the bag. At first, I thought it's a simple mistake. The next time I go, I order just 2 sauces for my nuggets and again no sauce. I ask for the sauce before leaving, only to be told they're out. A few days later, I actually go to a different McDonald's and once again order a nugget meal and two sauces. I ask before we leave if they put the sauces in the bag. The cashier told me she personally put the sauces in there. I go home and again, no sauce. I am convinced that this is a secret policy of McDonald's to just refuse to give sauces in order to save money or something. I have no proof of this, but the fact that this has happened multiple times has made me suspicious. McDonald's has, in recent years, put in place multiple scummy policies to hurt their employees, such as the "no quitting" policy, so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there are some kind of policies to hurt there customers as well. I also wish to put into perspective the absolutely ridiculous price of the food. McDonald's has always been the place where you can get reliable food at a cheap price. Nowadays you can get better food for the exact same price at so many other restaurants. I see no redeeming qualities in any McDonald's location whatsoever and implore anyone tempted to visit to reconsider.
