I haven't been to the one in VB for a while but I went recently and it's much better than ever. A very sweet lady I believe her name was Angela helped with my order. Restaurant looked nice and clean. The food was warm and delicious. I will definitely be back. I would give the food and lady that helped me more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you pizza hut ?❤️?❤️Kid-friendliness: I had my grandson with me. Staff was extra sweet to him.

Ordered 1 large pizza at 6:30 p.m. for a 8 p.m. delivery. It is now 9 p.m. and still no pizza. The delivery driver has been waiting since 8:19. My worst experience with a Pizza Hut.

Apple Pay never works, so I’m always forced to shop elsewhere. Considering it’s been months and it’s not fixed. That tells me they don’t like Apple user

Do not order delivery you will be waiting an hour and a half for cold pizza and get attitude when you call to ask about your order or get put on hold for 20 minutes ?

It was like 9pm on a weekday.I called to order delivery. No answer 5 times. I had to drive 15 minutes to the location. I walked in with the phone still ringing in my ear to find two employees playing around and ignoring the phone. It took them 5 minutes to notice me standing there. Not good.

Everything was perfectly made and piping hot and the icing on the cake was they held the front door open for me as my hands were full!
