My daughter and I tried to eat inside yesterday. Very unwelcoming....no menu board. No human being to provide us any service. We are not the futuristic type. Wait on us...like it used to be....or we are done completely with Taco Bell. This transition is is not customary or acceptable....the clear fact that you don't want us inside anymore is pathetic. We won't do it!!!! Who's with me on needing service from humans? ??

Caballo loco

I have never had a problem here in 20 years. 2 items were forgetten so I called once I was home and was told to go back. Once there I was told that I should have said something while I was there and they expected me to wait for the manager while the manager drove back from home. Ridiculous amount of trouble for everyone over a taco and 1 burrito. Also whoever took over for the manager yelled in front of the whole store to ask if anyone heard a phone ring even though I just had the 53 Seco phone log to show I had called. Children are apparently taking over manager positions.

I don't know why I always spend my hard working money on this place! The staff is friendly but they ALWAYS ALWAYS Mess up on my order.. I have alot of kids so I spend easy 60 bucks each time! They always miss food in my bag. Yes I can check but when I order boxes they don't put it in a box it's all thrown in a bag. And by the time I even try to look to make sure it's all thee then it's spilling out of the bag or the tacos are so soggy that the wrapper is stuck to the paper. So I say forget it. And of course when I get home food is ALWAYS MISSING!!!! then when I try to call to let them know. The phone just rings and No one answers!! Probably because they know it's a messed up order. Yeah I could cook at home and save this mess. But I don't cook all the time, And neither do you I'm sure. But when we spend money there I do expect to have my food correct. Least once every 10 times I order. It's always always always wrong!! So tonight is the last night I will eat here. Slow down and don't get in a hurry geeze!!
