Friday, June 16, 2023, they are shutting down for the last time. We arrived at supper time, and there was a line, but it moved quickly. We got the buffet. A lot of the food was lukewarm rather than hot, but the fried chicken was wonderful. Our waitress did a really great job.

It isn't bad. Easily makes my parents happy to eat off the buffet. Service is hit or miss. Mother's day they did great. Had some rough visits before though. I am sure that was mostly burn out. Been there myself. I am sure we will be back.

Went at 430 so food was not the freshest at that time. It was pretty, but unfortunately was pretty cold too. The fried chicken was good and hot.

That's a good way to get the crowd in. buffet or order from the menu. We chose to do buffet it was great lots of food great tasting great service friendly staff.

It was extremely hot in there. The food was horrible, and there was no flavor at ALL! The people were nice, but they REALLY needed to step up their game. I have eaten at restaurants all over the country, and that was by far my worst experience, I can not stress how bad the food was. 4 people was $70! I will not ever go back there ever!!

Ordered 1A petite sirloin (rare) with sautéed mushrooms and a salad. Steak came med well, and brought deep fried mushrooms, told them steak was wrong and was sautéed mushrooms not fried, took the mushrooms back said nothing about replacing the steak. Ate my salad, drank my tea, 20 min later mushrooms arrived,(cold) this place needs some experienced service personnel, service and in the kitchen.

Desert came with our meal. We ask if we could take it with us? Waitress said sure. She got us two cups to take home. The cashier weighted it and charged us $9 for Desert that was supposed to with the meal. Call to talk with management he claimed he had to change phones but after 5 minutes on hold we hung up!

I've been going to this particular Western sizzlin in Van Buren Arkansas since the day they built it. I have never seen it so dirty and been treated like a piece of dirt by the managers. Seems you can't put any toppings on your baked potato when you have a to go order. This has never happened to me at this particular Western sizzlin all the many years I've been going there.
This place has really gone down hill. It seems like every time I go there it just gets worse. The macaroni and cheese was really watery. The ranch was like consistency of milk. Will not be back.

I have grown up going here. I always get my fave Beef Tips with onions and peppers. They were amazing as always. Service was good. Servers smiling and welcoming.But, the restaurant needs a major overhaul on interior design. It needs it badly! The floors were sticky to walk on. Table and chairs were sticky as well.I do love coming here and really want to be able to enjoy it for many more years. Just, some helpful suggestions from someone who cares.
