Went to the Drive thru and ordered the chicken tenders combo. I asked for No fries only coleslaw. The order was repeated back to me but was still wrong. Instead I got only fries. I had to go inside, I got the slaw. I removed the fries into the bag I was given to me. I'll still be going back. Love the food. Maybe next time I can give a better review. ??

Went there on a sunday, the front person turn the trash can around, tables where dirty, then lady was sweeping while we where eating with our group. There was other people eating too and wasn’t even close to closing time. Then someone came in knew the front person, they went to the bathroom exchange money, very strange?

One job to do.........make sure when bagging items you put everything the COSTUMER orders in the bag. I ordered online and it said it wouldn't be ready for an hour so i figuredit would be fresh when i get it and not soggy. Always get the worst service here. Get your drink and food shoved in your face. Ever once in a blue moon are they pleasant!
I had a very disappointing experience with this food establishment. The quality of the food was not up to par, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. The oil used in preparing the food was unpleasantly rancid, and the fries were limp and unappealing, almost as if they had been reheated improperly. Additionally, the sandwich I ordered was poorly presented, resembling a mangled object.
Great experience at the service counter with, I believe her name was, Christie. However, after eating and overhearing a conversation between the manager, and another employee, it is made clear a few of these Zaxby’s employees have discriminatory beliefs. I believe her name was Stacie was sitting with the manager and made it very known her dislike of being around any transgender persons. That she steers clear of any businesses that employ transgender persons. While her views show her ignorance, all people have a right to their own view, however as a customer I should not be made to hear her discrimination in the dining area. The equal employment opportunity commission makes it illegal (federally) to discriminate in hiring practices. But seeing the manager perform interviews and then converse with the employee being discriminatory makes it seem this may not be the case. Truly disgusting statements and opinions. Will never be back and make it clear to others they should avoid this zaxbys as well.

Gross. Food was old and greasy. The best part of the whole $32 I spent was the water to drink. No fork or dipping sauce or napkin in the sack. No excuse for serving old food. I recommend nothing from this place.
