Hands-down, worst service I've ever had in my life! If I could give this place, zero stars I would. For one I went in and stood for 15 minutes with a full kitchen staff and no service to me. There was three cars in the drive-through and only one other person in the lobby. I could hear them standing there, talking about me, but still no service so Me, my wife and daughter left. No one at the drive through when we left so I tried that for (15 minutes) No service! Me and my wife and daughter went to Walmart afterwards coming back to KFC sat in the drive-through 10 minutes before we got service. Had to pull around the other side and wait 15 more minutes for our food to come out and then what do you know... We're missing food out of our bag when we get home only about half of our order we got. Thank you Walnut Ridge KFC for the worst service. You guys suck.

The only reason I’m giving them one star is because there’s nothing lower to give them. When we walked in we had to wait a good 5-7 mins to even be waited on. The staff was rude and acted like they were mad that we came in and ordered hot wings. This was the nastiest KFC I have ever been in! There were more flies inside than there were outside! A roach was crawling on the table, one on the wall and one on the floor! When our food was brought to us the hot wings were not even done. They were still bloody. We lost our appetite by then and threw our $25.00 hot wings away and left. We drive 40 miles one way because our KFC shut down. The health department needs to be called on this place!! We will never waste our money here again! One of the staff members was using the F-Word every other breath. Not something you want to have to listen to while you are trying to eat. The other staff member was gripping about each car that pulled up to order. He then proceeded to announce to every customer in the restaurant that the customers card was declined. Not the way you run a business. We were very disappointed!

Runs out of tea fast forcing customers to make a substitution I tried ordering 5 pot pies they said we have 4 almost done I don’t know what to tell you about the 5th so that was pretty disappointing couldn’t get what the family wanted to
I hate complaining about a place or business but I am also tired of paying the high prices for food and then it look like it’s been sitting for 10 hours. I bought a 4 piece chicken dinner and the chicken was supposed to be original but was as crunchy as Popeyes chicken… I took it back into the restaurant and apologized for complaining but when you spend $17 for food you should at least expect it to be semi-fresh. The manager showed me the chicken they had cooked up and it looked the same as what I had. He told me he could give me some chicken nuggets instead. I told him to forget it. I should have checked the Mac and Cheese they gave before I left but I didn’t. When I did open it what I found was again Mac and cheese that had been sitting for hours and had hardened. I will not be back and I would be embarrassed to serve food that looked like that. Yes, this is my Karen moment but what has happened to pride in what you serve.

I came down to visit family on Sunday through yesterday evening, went to this kfc around 5:30ish with my sisters husband, and my nephew…the guy behind the counter was so nice. I appreciate that so much! The food was good. The only thing I failed to mention to the gentleman was they had run out of tea. But that’s all for that. My particular order was on front counter to go and the bowl was so good.

This particular visit was a drive-thru order in which I can honestly say the person taking my order was very polite and friendly which you don't get in most drive-thrus I ordered a mac and cheese Bowl which I had never had but was fairly good and would recommend it however our local KFC is not the most popular restaurant and very few actually dine in and the food is average for KFC.

The employee behind the counter Addyson was AMAZING! He was very sweet and helped our every need. Best experience I've ever had at a KFC! He deserves a raise forsure he takes his job serious and is very kind!
