We had traveled to Walnut Ridge to view the eclipse and ended up here for lunch. Even with a huge influx of visitors in town, The Post was ready to handle the increased traffic. Our food came out hot and fresh and the service was excellent. It's always great to eat at a local place the you can tell puts a lot of thought into their food. The sandwiches were fantastic!

This place has very good food and the atmosphere is so cute. However, on my visit they were out of many options and they only had one person working. Poor girl had to make food, drinks, everything by herself. This place also does not seem to be wheelchair accessible so that is also a negative, hopefully something can be worked out in the future. Even so, it was delicious and I’m hoping to visit again.

Amazing cozy atmosphere and food! The LA Daily Salad is delish and so filling! Everything is fresh with house made bread and pastries. Best ingredients, best staff, best place to eat in Lawrence County!

This place is awesome. Space is really quirky but cozy. Old post office space that has kept its history and richness with a fun and beautiful space for coffee, tea, or breakfast/brunch lunch type food. They even have AR made Loblolly ice cream. Highly recommend. My oatmilk latte and avocado toast were amazing. Hot tea is also delicious!Vegetarian options: Ovo-lacto options. Can leave the meat options off several dishes.

Good food, coffee, and service. The main foods here are sandwiches and wraps. Good selection of items to choose from, just the right amount imo. Nice historical building as well. Built in 1935 as a post office. Then the Times Dispatch newspaper, and now this Bistro. I like how they left the old original feel of the building intact. Some nice cozy relaxing areas to sit by electric fire places as well. Nice place.

This is a great coffee space for those living near Walnut Ridge or those traveling through from out of town. We’ve stopped in twice when visiting family and have loved the lattes we’ve tried, their Honey Dew and their Crème Brûlée lattes. We haven’t tried their food but it smells amazing. The atmosphere is homey and I love that it has kept the architecture style of the original building as a part of the decor. The staff is friendly and helpful also. We plan on making this a reoccurring stop when we are in town.Kid-friendliness: They have a cute kids corner with a table and little couch and some kids books.

So fresh and yummy. Love the atmosphere and all the different places to sit and visit. I had the half ham and hot honey sandwich with southwest salad. My husband had the Cuban and my mother in law had the turkey and ham club. These are not their unique names but what they basically are. We also had a snickerdoodle cookie. We will be back.

Traveling from Branson, MO to Memphis - absolutely no food choices along the route we could find for a decent salad/sandwich - until I stumbled upon The Post.It was a little further into our drive than I was hoping, but it was worth the stop.I had the Editor's Club sandwich. Everything tasted fresh. The atmosphere of this place also can't be beat.So glad we found this gem!

Atmosphere is steller! Inside an old post office which looks like an old bank. Super neat and the food/drinks are amazing except they don't have chocolate ice cream!
