Noise level way too high. Food was awful last night. Forgot to bring a salad. Forgot to bring us some bread. Took an hour and a half to get served. Shrimp had burnt bacon. The pork chop was nothing but fat and tasted awful and thrown upon some nasty sweet potatoes and horrible vegetables. The sweet potato pave' was hard and not even sweet. We never saw our waitress but one time. We won't be eating there again as this was the second bad experience we had there.

The ambience was perfect, the food spectacular, the service was acceptable accept for one issue; I was treating a male friend for D-day, server greeted us with a signed card for him from staff, perfect table, but issued all attention on male bday guest and female guest, me, was paying the tab. I felt discriminated against by staff member.

Our service from our server was horrible and she wasn't even busy. Our beverages were hot and my food was cold when it got to our table and with the high prices I expected more to be honest. It was our anniversary dinner and I was disappointed.
The three of us had filets and they were perfect ??. Sylas was Amazing as usual, the server assistants were all great too. Door hostess Tina was so welcoming and the new manager Robin was very friendly and welcoming also!

We truly enjoy the Ignite Steakhouse every time we eat there. The staff has always been friendly and professional, but It seems when it is very busy that you don't get the A-1 service that you may have received at slower times. The side dishes were merely just have full and the special request for the salad was overlooked, Had to wait extra time for a bar drink, because we were told the bar was busy. It is overall a very nice steakhouse

From the Hostess (Tina), to the manager (Robyn) and our waiter (Vincent), the experience for my family and I was amazing! We celebrated my mother's birthday but she was greeted a card the staff signed before we arrived- what a special touch!! My cocktail was great (Charred Old Fashion) and the meal was exquisite. The kitchen staff did a great job on my redfish (loved the presentation & sides) and T-Bones for everyone else. Nothing bad to say about anything. Mom wanted an encore the next night, smh!! We will return soon!

The waitress was overwhelmed and it caused slow service. 8 ounce filet was badly overlooked, side dishes were very cold. Was very disappointing considering the cost and expectations.
Did not even make it to ordering are drinks before we left. We were seated, served water and rolls and then left to ourselves for over for over fifteen minutes before someone came by asked us how we were doing and left. All this while there were literally (5) table service staff standing at their station 10 feet away. A manager with a computer tablet roamed the room doing something other than taking care of guests. In my opinion this restaurant is only for the casino to take care of patrons with comps.

Sat us at the very 1st table at the door. Cold & everyone staring in our face. I hated that. Undercooked my steak, had to send it back. Very noisy. But the service was very good. Our waitress was awesome. I don't think it was worth the $250 price tag. I was expecting better food and a better ambience. Needs improvement. I give it a 3.5
This night there was a special menu curated for Valentines Day with a starter platter, soup or salad, entree and a dessert. The food was portioned very well to complement the 4 course menu. Everything that left the kitchen was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a great Valentine's experience and meal.
Love the ambiance, food was great, service was excellent. My wife loved it. The menu offered A decent selection but not great and the cost was a little pricy. I will certainly visit again.

This was my wife and I first time at the restaurant and everything was perfect. The moment we walked up to let the hostess know we were ready for our reservations I just knew the night was going to be nice. The whole experience was amazing. The host was nice, our waitress was friendly and helpful, and the food was cooked perfectly. I can't imagine any other restaurant topping this one.
Our servers were slow and not very attentive. We had to ask them to clear dishes and wipe crumbs from the table and when they did, they still left noticeable amounts of crumbs. Although they refilled our water once, no one really came to check on us at any point. The food was very good but the service was very lackluster.

Celebrated my birthday with my husband and Silas was the best waiter most accommodating and kind. Very knowledgeable about the menu and made an excellent recommendation for my husband to try the short ribs. Enjoyed the meal.
Loved our first time eating there last month. This time not so much. Six of us went for my wife's birthday and after we were sat it was almost 20 minutes before someone came and told us our waiter was busy and would be there shortly. 20 minutes later and he arrived. He was great when he was there but 30 minutes later we got our drinks from the bar. Another hour later we finally got our food. Over three hours and not because we were sitting around talking, except in between the slow service. Food was great and Salem was excellent when he came around.
