I have ate at Cracker Barrel all over the states, this was the worst meal I have ever had. I just about always get the chicken fried chicken mashed potatoes and dumplings, I used to get a salad till they took away thousand island and French, I guess they had to make room for all the beer……well the chicken must have been TAINTED because I vomited 5 times before I could get home, I think I could have played with Linda Blair in the exorcist it was horrible. Not only that but knocked me out of work for a day or maybe two. I complained to the waitress and cashier and they apologized and then charged me $42 very disappointed.

We were traveling and this was on our way...it is not open and they should put it on their website..we hadn't eaten and were tired, really looking forward to a nice meal. If you are traveling..the restaurant is not open...you can still overnight...fyi

order to go order at 7:30 it said it be ready a 7:52 still at 8:40 havent got my food it was chicken togo order was because the 45 min wait for a table humm poor service once again normal i wouldn,t post but online order as i stand here and wait like the manger cant help check people out as the line to pay back that you can bearly get in the place 8:51 nearly 2 hours for online order food was cold and order was wrong

Waitress seemed very inexperienced. Requested tartar sauce twice and she made a mistake on the catfish order.Parking: Very happy that RVs and Travel trailers can stay overnight if they purchase a meal.
Stopped for breakfast on our way back home. Food is always good, as is the atmosphere and service.

Food was good, I bought the chicken pot pie and it was really good, the people I was with had got a burger and a hamburger steak and both were a bit burnt, although their food may have been burnt, the other Cracker Barrels I’ve been to had better quality food.

The management needs to tweak this restaurants cleanliness. The bathroom floor was sticky causing me grief. Bartt was overworked. He was taking orders, cleaning tables, checking on customers, and sweeping and somehow the floor was STILL filled with trash. Please stop fussing at Bartt and give him a raise. The food was really good except the catfish fell apart. The biscuits were excellent and cooked to perfection! I look forward to experiencing the restaurants improvements on my next visit. I am an avid Cracker Barrel fan.( 4/62024 approx 4pm)Improvements were made and the food/ biscuits were so good. Our server was the best but I forgot her name. She is rememberable though. She was a younger black lady with butterfly (?) clips across the front of her hair. Thank each and every one of you for being so kind and giving such great service!

We had to ask for her to be gotten for us. She took our order and then said “we are 2 hours behind”. Waited another long time for our food to start coming out. It didn’t come all at once - just in parts. Utensils took another 10 minutes to arrive so we just got to look at or finger eat what we had. Manager stayed hidden. No discounts. It was truly terrible service and I 100% blame management

Place my order through the app. App return a notice that my order would be ready within 20 minutes. When I walked into the restaurant 15 minutes later, the staff was bringing my order to cashier. Amazing. The food was hot and tasty. Cracker Barrel always exceeds my expectation.Dietary restrictions: I have medical restrictions, and yet I was able eat withinParking: Was traveling with U-Haul trailer. Had no problem finding a parking space.Kid-friendliness: My grands love Cracker Barrel. They especially enjoy shopping in the country store!

Waited an hour and a half for 88$ worth of cold food. Didn't even get the strawberries for my stuffed pancakes. We've been disappointed by the particular location before and attempted to give it another shot... never again.

We had to wait to be seated for over 30 minutes and they had over 20 empty tables but said they had no servers for those sections after the wait we ordered our food and had to wait another 10 minutes for silverware because they said that they ran out of clean ones but besides all of that the food was pretty good

the hostess was rude, all the time in her cellphone , They took more time than the usual I did ask for my bill to pay and other waitress in a long blue hair and in a bad mod said to me" be patient"..I am patient.. they broke my heart because I am fun of cracker barrel.my husband was mad for the incident..but that never happened before in Ohio.. something is going on in that place please fix it.the food excellent as always..my waitress was good..but the others terrible ?
