This is the worse experience I've ever had with Danny's, I'm always delighted to eat @ this @ Danny's but I'll have to think again, Memphis location I the Flying J does care about you, waited 30min to place an order and had to leave without getting food!

Customer services dennys restaurants is so bad !! The employee told me that they only took to-go orders, it was a lie, the objective was for you to buy your food and take it with you!!I will not return to this dennys it is a shame what is happening with the customer service towards the truckers

46 minute wait time on a single meal to-go order. Several other disgruntled/angry customers in the lobby with similar issues.To top it off, the order was incorrect.Avoid if your are under any form of time restraint. Food was decent. Can't recommend overall.

Stopped after a long day Of driving, just wanted a good hot filling meal before continuing on my journey I ordered the French toast slam got my food. Bacon was hard. I asked for my Toast and syrup to eat my food with and by the time I got my toast and the syrup my food was cold. I can’t even give them a one star at this point. There was no offer to recook the cold food so if you’re hungry, I would look for somewhere else to stop and eat because this place is not likely to give you hot food my friend ordered a cuppa coffee was told he made a fresh pot he put a cup in the microwave and heated it up after 30 minutes of waiting, she finally got her coffee from an old pot heated up in the microwave only reason they got one star was because they made me click one star to post the review but realistically it’s 0 star

I love Denny's so this must just be issues with this store. The tables and floors were dirty, the service was very slow and my food had missing ingredients.

I have not been to Denny's but reading the reviews and visiting numerous restaraunts in W. Memphis. I will bring my own food. People thus far who work in the food industry in W. Memphis are non-caring, rude and damn lazy. So sad to see people not wanting to earn their own keep. You are being systmatically being replaced by illegals. At least they want to work.
