I came in to get take out and there was an employee being loud and disrespectful. I want to say they said her name was Lauren maybe but I’m not 100% sure. This employee was talking very rude to other employees, she was cussing, and just being very disrespectful. I will never return to this store as long as this employee works for the company. She was causing complete chaos!!!

We ordered DELIVERY. The pizza was made PERFECT! It was cooked all the way thru and the crust was done...Not under cooked like some places when they rush your order out. The delivery driver read our instructions and found us with no problem! He was extremely polite. Thank you for doing an outstanding job! The answering service is horrific. The lady taking my order spoke broken English and I had to repeat my address and order 5 times because she didn't understand. If the correct pizza even arrives I'll be shocked!!!

Food is usually on point and always fresh. New items every so often and discounts are available too! Staff is pretty chill. There's a guy there with an awesome memory that has made sure on multiple occasions the pepperoncini(s) aren't in my family's boxes because of my allergies!!

We waited an hour and a half for our order to be delivered to our hotel in Arkansas. Our poor door dasher waited there for 45 minutes, stating the food was not even made when he arrived to pick it up. Calling the restaurant resulted in being on hold for 10 minutes until I gave up. The food is good, if expensive, but if you want food quickly, I suggest not ordering from here.
Edit: just a rolling update: OG crust is phenomenal, in-house workers are superb. If you can afford takeout, you can afford 20%. Build the next generation.I'm going to do this in two parts, the local and the corporate. First the local: they get the order correct (one pie is usually a minefield), it's made quickly, and looks good. However the corporate, aka the part these guys can't control, is different. The pie itself is meh. While both the original and thin crusts are good, the sauce and cheese are unnoticeable, and the toppings mediocre to awful. This is the South, so if you call your sausage "spicy", it better require a swig of something cold after each bite. The "Canadian bacon" is an affront to both Canada and bacon.I like it because I can rely on what I get but the product itself is not exciting. The employees, though? Top notch; the food ain't their fault.Edit: just saw the other reviews. Obviously my experience differs quite a bit from the 1 stars, so hopefully things are turning around here. I may just order plain cheese with extra sauce next time.

I ordered pizza went to pick it up waited 1hour only to to be told my pizza was never made so they gave they finally gave me a cold pizza that looked days old. I ask to speak with manager and the guy came out said he was the GM Will Kelley nasty attitude cursing yelling real unprofessional. This isnt the first time ive had this problem about a month ago they served me a pizza and the dough tasted spoiled wouldn't recommend.

I ordered pizza tonight waited 2 1/2 hours bc they only had 2ppl working which one was da delivery driver and one making pizza. Once the driver left I sat and watch the young lady inside by herself making pizza and watching the door which I could tell she was uncomfortable bc she was the only one there. The wait was to long not enough staff it shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours to make 2 pizzas i made online the 30 mins before coming to the location.
