Neglected my order and made me wait two hours for it, charged me way too much, and my order was wrong. The staff was rude and lied about not having my order in the first place.

Ordered a box deal and paid for it online. We live outside of west Memphis so it's a drive to pick up food. Got there and was told they had no dough for the pizza that came with the box. so we settles for a thin crust pizza with no price change. Got the meal home and both the dessert and cheesy bread were RAW! Also didnt get any marinara sauce. It will be a long time before I order anything from them in the future. So sad bc I argued with my 21 year old son on whose pizza was better between them and Papa John's.....I lost!

This place looks like a joke; one of their webpages said open, go to order says store is not open but I can order for the future. I call the store and an employee answers and I stated I just called because their websites were conflicting about open/closed and she states "yes, we're closed" and that's it... Its 3:00pm in the afternoon and their webpages say they should be open to 7pm (google) or 10pm (Pizza Hut's page)... you need to figure out your info... and if you have people answering the phone at 3pm in the afternoon I'd think you'd be open...

This place is a joke. I was told they had no large tins so they could not make my pizza. They forgot to tell me when I ordered. Then they had no ,medium tins so a medium pizza was out. They had hand tossed I was told. Ten minutes. Not true. About 12 minutes later another girl came to window. Did I have an order? Yes. Gave my name and she did not find it. Told her first girl was getting me a pizza. She looked and said that is not being done. She could make me one twenty minutes. I declined. Drove home and apparently PH had called and said my pizza was there. "Right." So it will be a long time before they will hear from me if ever. Go Dominos.

I took almost two hours to deliver. I ordered the big box. Half of the pizzas had no toppings and my cheese sticks were missing.

Placed order for pickup on the app. Advised that order was ready, showed up and restaurant was closed because the stove is broken. Property is dirty and unkempt. Call before going because even though it might say Open on Google, it is possible it is actually Closed.

It's a Friday in mid-August at 7:30pm, what establishment closes this early?? This location. We order here often, so this all new. In case, you're not in the know about how reliable this location will be, the likelihood of having your order coming out correct (check it before you pull off) or in my case tonight, without an opportunity to order. I can understand things happen and changes come about, it's just unfortunate because Domino's is the only other pizza shack to depend on.

Earlier today I place an order online and was supposed to have it delivered to my daughter's workplace. About an hour later the delivery guy called my phone because he said he couldn't find the place. He said he was at a certain location and I told him that he was at the correct location. He said that he was pulling into the parking lot and was about to go in. About 5 minutes later I called his phone back to make sure he had delivered the order. He said yes he had delivered it and had just left. I told him thank you. Now I had already left him a tip when I paid for my order online. A couple of hours passed my daughter called and asked what happened with the pizza. I told her that the delivery man said that he had already delivered the pizza. So I call Pizza Hut to find out what happened. I find out my ticket was void because the delivery guy couldn't find the location. I explained to them that the delivery guy told me that he had delivered it. I understand if he was not able to find the location but to lie to me is what has me so livid. That was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to a dog. I will NEVER order from them again. The worse part about it is I have to wait for a refund because the order was paid for with a card. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The pizza was good for the first time in a while the only reason I gave it three stars is because the staff is unfriendly when trying to speak to they act like you are annoying them and then when you say thank you they just shut the window in your face if they teach their staff a little kindness n customer service they would be good.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Maybe ??????NEVER order from this store, EVER! I'm 54 yrs old, and I have NEVER had customer service this bad! If they would answer my calls I would cancel my order. I ordered online and my card has already been charged. They had better give me a full refund ?

Pizza arrived 20 minutes later than expected, tamper-proof seal was placed in the middle where it's useless, pizza was cut into very uneven slices but I can say this is the best pizza I've had from Pizza Hut in a long, long time. I told myself I'd only have 3 slices for dinner but that was 6 slices ago. Delicious.

I love Pizza Hut and I have one that I can see from my home (West Memphis), but I don't have a Pizza Hut. What do I mean? I love pan pizza. Every one I've ever ordered from this Hut is either undercooked, or the crust is old. It doesn't rise and become bread. Basically stays flat and rubbery. I've given up and have to live with Papa John's or Domino's, and I'm not a huge fan of either. Management needs to get a handle on this place.
