Food was great. We ordered the chocolate cake and it was brought out ICE COLD straight out of the freezer!! We have to take it home, but ooohhh WE DON'T HAVE A WORKING MICROWAVE. Server was "not paying attention" when we first ordered and asked us to repeat the order. She looked like she was more worried about what drama might have been going on in the kitchen (didn't hear of any) or thinking that something wasn't on the menu today. We stopped the server and asked if we could have it heated up and she took it back. We got a hot one a min. Later. We were here at dinner time and the empty tables didn't get cleaned off for over a half hour. We will come back because the food was that good.

It was fine, but I won't go back. Stop put food in trash bags and dumping it on my plate. More went on the table than the plate. Sausage was good and shrimp are not bad but the crab cakes are like a pile of dead fish. Take the word Cajun out of your title....you're not Cajun.

Didn't get a chance to taste the food that I ordered online because I couldn't get service , I was looked passed for 5 minutes. 7:30 pm 2/18/2024 order name Shon. Maybe next time I can get better service. With food service being as high as it is "here" I would think that they would have great customer service .

This was our first time coming to this location. The hostess told us to seat ourselves instead of getting up to seat us. We were the only customers at that time. A dirty table was never cleaned. Server never checked on us after receiving our food. This location doesn't offer the same menu items as the other locations.

Absolutely terrible service, the worst we have ever had! Food was edible. We didn’t receive our drinks until after our appetizers and food came out after asking for them for 3 times within 45 minutes. Also charged a 18% gratuity and 15% service charge just for paying with a card. Ridiculous!

Ordered 1LB of shrimp and 1LB of black mussels. Received, at best, just under 1/2LB of shrimp and just over 1/2LB of mussels. All of my bags were nearly devoid of all sauce, flavor, and seasoning. I literally didn't even need any napkins or wet wipes for this half of an appetizer that I wasted over $40 on. Also, each order is supposed to include potato and corn. Mine were missing entirely. I've seen this restaurant deliver quality food in the right quantity. But this time and the last few, this place has gone downhill. Doubt I ever return. Avoid this place, there are so many better options across the bridge.

I want to be sincere, this place is not truly southern, it is actually Asian but there's absolutely no issue with that since they sell good southern food and they provided me with great service but If you're looking to have a drink with your order this place DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL.
