I went into location inside of truckstop they told I order a #10 spicy chicken I asked them to make it fresh they said ok lady at counter handed me my cup and filled my drink she said ur order will be up soon I said did u tell them to make it fresh she said yes they called my order and the other girl had was bagging the food I ask was this mad fresh and the girl ask the sandwich maker was this fresh she said yes and started laughing I got my food grand went back to truck and open my food fries was old which I don't mind but chicken was old and tougher then leather so I called general manager answered the phone and said she was going to put my name on a list and so I went back thru there 3 days later and they told me the general manager lied to u and if u want food pay for it

This must be a bad day....the store is FILTHY, there are employees playing on their phone. The manager asked her staff to quit taking orders for about 5 minutes because they were in the weeds. When finally I got to place my order, apple pecan salad, they ended up telling me they had to drop chicken. 15 minutes later, after watching other orders go out the door, I had to ask where my order was? They asked me what my order was and again said they were waiting on the chicken. I asked them how long it takes to cook chicken. Response was 5 minutes...I showed them my receipt with the time. Then they said they were putting it together. WELL......I left with Salad in hand, drove 5 miles to the truck parking area and stopped to eat my salad. Guess what, the chicken was not hot at all...refrigerator COLD. AND I honestly think they took an outdated salad, threw some fresh greens on top because the greens and apples under the chicken is SLIMEY. I have tried to call the store but no answer, of course. I'm never stopping here again. So, now I need to stop somewhere down the road. I think because truck drivers grab and go, this location doesn't care. It's not like we can turn around right?

It’s ridiculous. I’ve never waited 45 mins to get my food. I’ve ordered only a spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets which i got regular nuggets instead and when i ask for compensation she refused and didn’t apologize for inconvenience. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s at all. You should train your employees better Wendy’s!!!

Fries was cold and old, place was dirty but the burger was ok. Just eat a PB&J and grab some chips and don’t waste your time or money!! The employees are getting paid for free. No type of management at all.

More expensive than most other Wendy’s, I guess that extra money is used to buy the dirt all over the place. I came in here while it was raining outside and the water that got tracked in mixed in with the filth on the floor to form a very slick film on the tiles. Was very dangerous to walk on.

I would give zero stars if I could. Pulled up to the window and was told “not taking drive thru orders” and to come in. We go in and it takes absolutely forever for 4 meals (inclusive of 2 kids meals). We grab the food and get back in the car only to discover that the fries were nearly frozen and condiments were missing. I do not recommend this place and agree that it is poorly managed.

Wanted to grab a quick chicken sandwich on my way to Memphis and asked for no pickles ended up with them anyway took it back to be corrected and ended up with a chicken patty that obviously sat in the heat too long and should’ve been tossed instead of served How do you get a second chance and make things worse ? Sandwich was ?️ will never waste my time stopping here again
Automatic 1-star when your point of sale terminal is higher than the menu price. Staff was either unable or didn't care to fix it.If not for that, this probably gets a 2-star rating.One person I interacted with was polite, another person was much less so (I would not go as far as to call them rude).The drink machine had no ice and was quite dirty.Food was a bit slower than you might expect, but I came at an odd hour, so I am not going to hold that against them on one visit.

The food was hot. The signage needs updating because they don't have what's on their indoor sign boards.The staff needs training in professionalism. My cold brew frosty was overfilled and spilling all over. The lid didn't fit and the counter girl would not give me a cup a size larger. Instead she told me 'That's the size, small. We can wipe it off but there's nothing we can do. There are lids over there. You can put a different lid on it.' It was just POOR customer service. Never mind the wait for her to come back to the counter.
