What a disgrace- I ordered a Dave’s double cheese with extra pickles, extra tomatoes no lettuce, No change in the rest of the condiments. I ordered two Sour cream and chive, baked potatoes with extra sour cream. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese, mayonnaise, and onions What this Wendy’s gave my Uber eats driver was a Dave’s double cheese with lettuce and mayonnaise, Two chive baked potatoes, but no sour cream and a chicken patty with mayonnaise, tomato onions and lettuceIt’s really not that difficult to read a screen and make correct food

This was a downright disappointment for me. I was ordering the questo fries. I came to the drive thru to order. I said I would like to order the questo fries. Instead, I said it as a q sound instead of k. The lady was just hollering and laughing. Me n my guess was like what's going on. I was like, excuse me? She was laughing and hollering. Oh, you just us all laughing in here. She went on and on...and you really thought you knew what you were ordering and baby you messed that up!! I could not believe it. I felt embarrassed and mad because she didn't let it go. Just kept on talking about the mispronounced order n not concerned of her terrible customer service. I made it to the last window, and she was still laughing with her head back, saying we all was like what? It was like a terrible dream. We could not believe it. And the fries turned out to be soggy. I said oh I really really tickled you. She was like I ain't laughed this hard in a minute. She wasn't young and obviously needed more training in customer service because this was totally unacceptable. I will never show gratitude to this place again. Thanks, but no thanks.

Tried to use the drive thru today around 3:15pm. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at Wendy's.....then as a business owner we wonder why our customer count and sales are down. When you hire people that don't value a customer. Because without a customer it is no need for an employee. When your service is terrible most people won't return. I know for sure I will not return to the Missouri St. location. I advise you and anyone else to not dine here please go anywhere but Wendy's. Owner please invest in some training in customer service for your employees..... So you won't need to close your doors in the future....PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.I Cancelled my order for the simple fact you don't know what rude workers will do to your food......

This location is always out of something. They had limited drinks & limited sauces for the nuggets. The cashier was rushing & it came across as rude. The workers should stop playing around so much especially when there are customers.

Our last visit to Wendy's ended in disaster. The lines backed up into the dining room with no one at the register caused us to leave and not eat lunch that day. They recently rebuilt the Wendy's in West Memphis and moved it up the road a short distance, but the difference on the inside was what matters most. From being greeted coming into the door by the sweet young lady who held the door open for us, going in to the immediate attention of taking our order, to the perfect order with no mistakes, to the speedy delivery of our food in less than 3 minutes. The food was fresh and customer service is up 1000% better than less than a year ago. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and perfectly prepared. This entire crew deserves positive recognition for the complete 180 degree turn around from the previous location. Way to go Wendy's team! We will be back again soon. Thank you for a great lunch!

Don't know what the lower reviews are going on about. Our food was hot and fresh, service was solid, restaurant was super clean. Restrooms were very clean. A better than the average Wendy's. Good place to stop on a road trip.

Do not eat here, when I ordered 2 medium size frosties and 2 chicken sandwiches with no pickles, they added the pickles and they understand it clearly and the ice cream was in small cup when I ask for an medium, do not eat here ever again!
