First it was my sister’s birthday. We told our server before she arrived. My sister didn’t even get a “Happy Birthday “ from the server. Next, I ordered the “loaded “ chicken and my sister ordered the Santa Fe chicken. Both of our plates looked the same but neither was what we ordered. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak. The steak looked as if it was a premade frozen patty. The plate had been on the warmer so long the gravy was set and the potatoes had a crust on them. The dinner rolls had not risen and were flat and tough. On top of all that, the table next to us was five young men who did not know how to use an indoor voice. The Birthday Dinner was a disaster!!!

So. The food was just subpar. Not much flavor. But we ate it. With no complaints. Our server was fabulous. However, our table was wobbly- we had to move very carefully. The worst…. Part was this girl was rolling silverware and she was eating while doing it. And it was cheese fries with her fingers….. absolutely not okay. And not sanitary. That was the tipping point for me. You ain’t cheese fries with your fingers and then touched silverware that other people need to eat with. Nope. We won’t be back.

WARNING! Do not recommend Colton’s to anyone! Save your money and go to a Texas Roadhouse.This was my wife and I’s first time at Colton’s Steak House and Grill. Traveling through Arkansas and we were craving steak so looked up the closest steakhouses and Colton’s popped up. We’ve never been here before and took the chance. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.First Point - J.T.'s Charbroiled Lonesome BurgerA juicy charbroiled burger served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion….. so we thought.We received a Lonesome Burger that was really lonesome, so lonesome that it came without lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and onion. We did not request our lonesome burger to be lonely but received a lonely burger. - wives burger needless to say she was not a happy camper.Second Point - Strawberry Salad was pretty good.Third Point - Country Fried Steak. Was meh at best gravy was peppery but I’d rather go to Dairy Queen and order their 6 piece chicken tender meal with their country gravy for $8 vs a soft fried rubber mat that costs $13.59. loaded potato soup was horrid. I understand a soup is a liquid but the potato soup literally had no viscosity.Fourth Point - Bread felt like it was under a heat lamp the whole day. Hard and dry.Last and not least the 16oz Ribeye that’s $32.99 was good but not worth the price.Surprisingly the cut of steak was not too bad and actually seasoned well, actually the only thing we had that was seasoned. Also had the sautéed mushrooms that tasted like who ever sautéed the mushrooms sautéed them in Worcestershire sauce and only Worcestershire sauce. Mushrooms were over cooked and limp. Also added a loaded baked potato and it just felt old. The potato itself was not seasoned at all and just felt old. There was no softness to the potato at all and felt like it was microwaved.Alrighty so like I said in the beginning. Save your money and go somewhere else. Definitely was a lesson learned. Every item we chose from the menu was overpriced for the quality that we received and won’t be coming back. Don’t forget the lonesome burger is a lonely burger. We made the bad decision to stop in this place and #1 we will never again walk thru the doors again. I could rip into this place several times but why waste the time. My salad was served with rusty nasty lettuce. My entree the chipotle chicken tips were absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever consumed I’d rather eat a MRE than that waste of food. My wife ordered the beef tips with onions with 7 pieces of steak that was rubbery and burnt. Her baked potato was anemic and her salad was a frozen variety of nothing to even look at. My mother in law ordered the chopped steak with gravy and fried okra. Thankfully the okra arrived 15 minutes after her entree was served and then there’s the gravy that had the consistency of brown lumpy Sheetrock mud.I’m not going to mention our guests or there food as it was equally disgusting and one of our guests sent the steak back due to being over cooked. I guess when you ask for rare it comes medium to medium well.Whomever the owner and manager is all I can say is shame on you, you got our 50$ so enjoy it go buy your kid a new pair of shoes.My next call will be to the state health department and trust me they will send a person who can look at this place and help them remember the importance of serving decent food to decent hard working people instead of what we were served. I’d rather have eaten McDonald’s and that my readers isn’t me being a jerk that’s me being sick and tired of lousy food and nonchalant people who work in these establishments.

The service is horrible. We'll, let me take that back, greeters we're horrible. Got there and there was a 20 minute wait. No problem there but after about 45 minutes went back to front and was told no servers for tables just boiths so they couldn't seat us because we were a party of 5. Reaĺly!? Why didn't you let us know before hand or come tell us before we had to come ask you? Lobby full of people just waiting. Outside full of people waiting. That was totally unacceptable. We will not go back!

I can honestly say that when we paid our bill we weren’t messed up with the price because the food and the service was worth every penny!!!!! Excellent staff!!!!! Our steaks……perfection!!!!! I highly recommend this location!!!

Visited this restaurant for the first time after a funeral service. Our waitress was very patient and kind when we all ordered. The food came out within 20 mins of ordering and was all hot. Glad to have tried this restaurant and if in the area will come back to try more on the menu. 9/10 service!! :)
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Thay consistently get our order ronng and the service is tarable.
