Ordered online for the first time and probably the last! My order was wrong and there wasn't hardly any meat on it! Definitely not worth the money! If I could share a picture I would! That's totally wrong. We don't eat out very often and I can't believe how little of anything they put on it!

First off, the sandwich we ordered was amazing. The service not so much. Seems to be the norm these days. The store was presentable and the work area clean. Will definitely be back.

We ordered online . When we got there to pick the food up, we were told we didn't pay. We preceded to show him proof. Then he stated" I gave it to another customer. " My husband was then told that we were trying to scam them and they were calling the police. MY HUSBAND LEFT VERY ANGRY.I WOULD RATHER DRIVE TO LITTLE ROCK OR SHERIDAN SUBWAY THAN TO EVER GIVE THIS FOREIGNER MY MONEY. BESIDES THAT THEY DONT MAKE THE FOOD RIGHT, AND REFUSES COUPONS.

I went to this store and had a very unpleasant visit. I saw the lettuce noticed it was turning brown at the bottom of the tray. I asked for fresh lettuce and was told it was fresh. They acted upset with my request. The manager and I had words and I left without a sandwich.

The people working there have a hard time understanding what I and others wanted on our sandwiches. On another visit they closed 45 minutes early, and we couldn’t get our order that we ordered online. Waiting on the refund.

Probably the worst subway experience I have ever had. Two of the ladies were respectful, the third (black lady) ruined it. My little brother forgot to request marinara so his sandwich had to go back. This woman openly mumbles about him! I was absolutely appalled that she would talk like that in front of not only us but other customers. I went to subway to PAY 19 DOLLARS FOR A MEAL not be disrespected. I will never return to this subway and I encourage others to do the same.

Why are the hours listed until 9PM but they are always closed with the door locked by 815PM? All I wanted was a sandwich from Subway but when I tried to go in, the door was locked and the girl inside was rude when I asked if they were closed.

Visited this location after nearby location closed. Ordered salad. Man making salad insisted I had to ask for lettuce for my particular order because lettuce isn't standard for the sandwich version, and skimped for all ingredients, from meat to veg. I will not return.

I don't order here much but today I walked in and asked for a Italian herb and cheese cold cut then before the lady could put the meat on the bread I switched to stake and cheese. However I noticed that it had very little meat when I asked about it she stayed that it was normal amount yet (ordered 3 of the same sandwiches) the first one clearly had meat. Now I know you're probably thinking it's a greedy thing but if I'm paying for a sandwich Iprefer all them to have the same equivalent amount considering they all are the same. (subway YOU Choose YOUR sandwich) Unfortunately that was not the case and when asked again stated extra charge even though was nearly an meat to begin with. Worker Amy I'm sure they make enough money that one less customer wouldn't hurt. wasn't anyone in the store before me so I'm not sure why she was in such a rush, maybe she just works fast. Nevertheless won't be going back .Bad customer service and expensive prices. Made it all the way home proceeded to open sandwich and it been mangled you can tell that she squeezed the sandwich to close it I'm not talking about gently you can clearly sheets twisted it to the point to open my sandwich I had to uncurl the bread of the meat was thrown around hardly any to begin with the cheese was unnecessary I would love to speak to a manager but it's fine it's fine I won't be going back but I will be getting something done about this and yes pictures and videos were taken

This subway never stays open until it's advertised closing time of 9:30 p.m. The foreign manager that runs it is an unpleasant personality to be nice about it. If it weren't for a friend working there I probably wouldn't go there at all due to the number of bad experiences with the management but I will honestly say that the food is always good if I do make an order there. I'm an easy person to get along with and have worked in the food industry over 15-20 years so I understand the business. That being said I'm forgiving and understanding and depending on the situation I'm empathetic if not sympathetic to problems arising in the industry. I do not however like rude for no reason or rude to the customer because I hate my life kind of people and the manager I spoke of is one of them people. He has certainly driven away many people and I'm sure he doesn't care. Aside from him and the hours not being followed I like subway and try to go to this one if I know he's there

Went to pick up a free sub today, at 11:15, for National Subway day, from 10-12, and I was told I was the second person who had inquired about the free sub. She asked the Manger, and she said he told her, "No." I asked to speak with him, and he came out with a handful of receipts, saying he had already given out his limit at 10:00. This contradicts what was just said to me by the attendant, as being the second person to ask about the promotion. He told me to go to another Subway, which I did,on Dollarway, and had no problem. I was told the promotion lasted until noon, as stated.I tried contacting Corporate, regarding this matter and the situation with Sheridan Rd. manager. He did not comply with what the app was advertising.
