I got the "pulled" chicken family meal it's supposed to be a pound of chicken and shredded up for sammiches but I got home and seen I had whole chicken not pulled and since it was supposed to be a picnic type dinner we didn't bring a meat shredder so needless to say by the time I got home to try to make it eatable it was cold and the buns was stale $26 wasted and our special dinner ruined I guess the logic is you have to check your food before leaving the lady in the drive thru was very helpful as far as recommending and being nice to my puppies

This place is legit and easy to get to off hwy. 530. Excellent selection of BBQ/sides, good portions, and reasonable prices. We had the chili covered tamales and the pulled pork:sausage combo plate which were very good. If you like it spicy, be sure to try the Beadle Juice sauce!
Food was average for bbq, but the people were very friendly and had a good atmosphere.

I visited the Wood Shed on a weekday at lunchtime, and I was surprised to see a small building surrounded by many cars! As we walked in, I quickly understood why the restaurant was so busy. A small family diner consisting of two rooms and a kitchen visible in the back, the Wood Shed immediately showed its charm and I felt very welcome. You seat yourself after ordering from a menu on the wall consisting of plenty of options for anyone who loves good food. I wasn't super hungry, so I got a regular brisket sandwich and a side of potato salad for under $10. I paired it with their homemade spicy BBQ sauce that was sitting at the table and it was so good!! It was very simple, like BBQ should be, so be prepared if you're looking for a finer dining experience. The restaurant had an environment that makes you feel at home, with family photos of the owners on the walls surrounded by cute and quirky barbecue themed decorations. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming and I can't wait for the opportunity to return.

I ate the food at a catered event so I found the place and have been eating every since the people are nice and the place is so cute it reminds me of an old shed made with tin I used to see in my childhood my go to bbq place.
