Wonderful waffles! Amazingly gluten-free and dairy-free. We got the banana chocolate flavored waffles and can't wait to try the other flavors. Cooked up and served by equally sweet ladies.
Not gonna lie, I was skeptical of this place when I saw it. I ordered their waffles which are gluten free and they were very light and SUPER tasty! I followed by ordering a shake and it tasted super good, I couldn't tell that it was dairy and gluten free! I also didn't feel as guilty having it due to being low carb :)

What a treat! Like a plant-based oasis in the middle of Ajo. Loved our Choco-Banana Waffles, and especially the Arroz con Leche Waffles. Yummers. And Cecelia is the sweetest. Felt like we were walking in the front door of a long-time friend's home.
