“One of my favorite spots in Tubac, is to treat myself to lunch or dinner at Shelby's Bistro. One of my favorites is the shrimp and avacado salad. Crisp greens, high quality shrimp and the dressing is fabulous. My husband enjoys the juicy hamburger with the best fries ever!“

“Ate at this restaurant twice while staying a the Canoa Ranch Golf Resort. Had Juan as our server and he was incredible. He was very welcoming and kind, made us feel like family. Food was delicious as well! Highly recommend (P.S. Request Juan as your server….lol)“

“Great everything! Brisket reuben and sweet potato fries were delicious. My husband got a Tri-Tip Bowl...it was a large portion...full of flavor and very filling. One of our party had a 12oz steak...it was cooked to order and a very filling meal. The staff were quick and so kind. They even turned on the lights in an area that wasn't being used so that we could look around and take it all in. Highly recommend!!“
