We absolutely love By the By The Bucket - Anthem AZ. Staff is always so wonderful and their menu is plentiful and you get great value. Best garlic bread you'll ever taste!

Ordered the southwest chicken salad and it was all lettuce, some cheese, and a few pieces of chicken. Can’t call them. No answer.

I asked the person taking orders if the salads were fresh. He said they are made daily. However, the caesar salad I got had old brown pieces of romaine that should have been discarded (see photo). The dressing was good, but they don't discard any bad leaves when making their salads. I threw most of it out.

My friends and I were eating and hanging outside of the By The Bucket restaurant. When the owner approached us and told us how he used to do the same things when we were his age. He then asked us what we had and once we finished. He claimed that we needed to try the cheesy bread; so he then went inside and brought back out some cheesey bread for me and my friends to try. Along with cookies, brownies, and a strawberry lemonade. He then told us to enjoy our night and to be safe. This was one of the most wholesome experiences of my life and something my friends and I will tell other people for a long time to come. The owner was really respectful and relatable and I cannot recommend the food or this restaurant enough. And my friends and I will most definitely be coming back.

This place is great for those times when you don’t want to cook. I priced a jar of marinara, a box of spaghetti and a loaf of garlic bread at a local Grocery store. The cost is 21.19. At By The Bucket, bucket of spaghetti , marinara sauce and Garlic bread is $19.95 It’s much better with no cooking and cleanup.
The meatball sub for lunch is outstanding. The new owners are great. Best kept secret in Anthem.
