Inexcusable level of price inflation.Jan 1, 2024 Carne Asada Burrito was $10.65, April 12 is now $12.65. 17.8% increase in just four months. In late 2022 the price is $8.85, 42% increase over two years!?! Cost of business has absolutely not increased 42% in that time frame. Carne Asada fries also went up similar percentage.Nothing more frustrating than wanting cheap and mediocre Mexican food only to be met with utter insanity for prices at the drive through.

The food was great. The menu prices on the website are roughly $2 lower than the actual price. I would assume this is due to inflation not keeping pace with their website. To me this is unacceptable. I went to the restaurant assuming I would be paying one price and when I got there I had to pay a different price I won't be going back.

Portion size on a gordo burrito very small comparison to other filis down in phx, Tables were dirty no one coming out cleaning them and jalapeño toreado not spicy whatsoever salsa has that extra twang where they add more lime/lemon and salt to try and keep old salsa fresh.

I order the breakfast burrito. It is greasy so I order it with light potato and that does the job. Add done hot sauce on it and it’s perfect.Sign says the open at 6am but it’s actually 6:30.

They haven't updated the prices on their menu. Plain burrito was supposed to be 5.43, which is already a lot for beans and tortilla... They charged 6.83. I didn't plan on spending 7 dollars for a bean burrito.

I love a Filiberto's chain and have eaten at many. I ordered 5 rolled tacos with cheese and guac. The cheese was not melted on top of the guac, so it was cold cheese. Also the guac was splashed on the top quarter of the rolled tacos, and not all over. They also have sauce packets, that are almost impossible to open and don't make sense. If they were less plastic or easy to open, I'd understand. They are large plastic packets and sooo difficult. Giving at least two stars because the rolled tacos weren't terrible. Poorly assembled and sauce packets are a nightmare to open.

I can always count on a filiberto's carnitas burrito!This place is great. To set expectations, it's not a fancy sit down and it's not a fast-food chain. It's something in-between. I love it.
