I went through the drive through today (4/17) and was behind a very rude and demanding customer. The team handled him great and was so apologetic for my delay. This was a jerk and certainly not the fault of the staff. I have to applaud the great job that this crew did with this person and still getting my order 100% correct while they were trying to catch up. Great to see these young men taking leadership and doing their best for the customer. Great job!!

I don't do fast food. But every once in a while I will do takeout & Arbys is always my first choice. Large Menu & if you live in Apache Junction, they always have good coupon deals. They do have Crinkle Fry's in place of Curly Fry's.Kid-friendliness: Kid's MenuWheelchair accessibility: HC Parking but Manual Door.
This place was super busy and there was a lot going on but the employees were super friendly and super organized. Special thanks to the manager (assuming due to different shirt) Trent for being extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole experience. 10/10

always great food but mindy the new assistant manager was working the drive-through she was super friendly and very polite! Couldn't even tell she was new, handled herself very well and made us feel very welcome best customer service I've seeb in years, wish there were more of her.
