Ordered 12 traditional wings with mild sauce. 1/2 of the wings didn't have any sauce on them and they were all so unbelievably crispy (didn't order extra crispy) that they weren't even edible. Super bummed. Go to a different location.

The best hot wings in the Valley, in my opinion. Big, meaty, consistent, and great tasting sauce. If you ask for them extra crispy, they actually make them that way (unlike other places). Their ranch is really good, too. Only thing is that on my last visit, they gave me all flats and no drums. Should be half and half. I really don't care for flats. Still giving 5 stars for their wings.

Ordered the wings and Antipasta salad. They shorted my wing order. I ordered a dozen and got 11 wings. The salad was alot smaller than the last time I ordered it as well. I did not get my money's worth.

Be aware most of the staff at this location needs some major training! A large group of parents and wrestlers went to have dinner at a large CAA meet held at a local highschool and the staff was rude and.

The food was good but the staff was awful with the exception of one employee. We were in town for a wrestling tournament, and decided to stop by as a team. When we are back in town we will NOT return which is sad because we love the Surprise location!To make things worst, I called to let many know the next day and they never returned my call. Super sad he has was spent over $1000 as a team.

Absolutely loved the pizza! We came back in tonight and the service was horrible. People who came in after us was eating and out the door before we got our pizza. When I went up and asked where our pizza was she was rude!

The staff at this location is horribly rude!!! We arrived at this location for dinner after a long day at a wrestling tournament. It started from when I ordered, the cashier was very rude! My bill was 44$, I went to give her a 50$ bill and she rudely told me they don't accept 50 or 100! There is no sign that I saw. Ok moving on. The crappy service didn't stop there. When any of our food was brought out, they didn't try to look at the numbers we had given us they just had attitude about where the pizza belonged, literally slamming food down on the table. Towards the end of our visit there was a family that was not with us. They (staff) confronted this family as they were walking out accusing them of stealing their tips. If the family did or did not this was so inappropriate. Smh I will end this by saying we as a group for many different events, usually choose Barros pizza as our go to. We will not return to this location. There was no reason for this kind of treatment/attitude.
