These are hands down the best tortillas you can get locally. So many fantastic rotating flavors you'll find something new to love every week! Can't get enough of these and we are always looking forward to when they have chips!
Oh my goodness. Got the Irish Hathaway tortillas this weekend from Gilbert Farmers market. Absolutely delicious. Wish i had bought more than one package! The flavor, apples & cheese, are blended perfectly and make a great treat for breakfast or snack. Nummm.

Love love love their handmade tortillas! Their flavored tortillas are so incredibly good. So far my favorites are the sundried tomato and the cacio y pepe.Their whole wheat flour made with lard are a great breakfast warmed with butter and cinnamon or mashed avocado. Sometimes I used peanut butter and sliced fruit.The blue corn make really good base for my Chicken Enchilada casserole.Look for them on Thursdays at their shop in Apache Junction or at the Gilbert Farmer's Market.
