I like most of Carl Jr's food but the fish sandwich was the worst fish sandwich I've ever had. It was mushy and it tasted like bad fish.
Dealing with front line fast food workers these days everyone is subject to poor service. These young people just know the basic duties. You can point fingers in many directions. This visit is pointing out the manager hiding behind the phone. I want to know what you meant when you said "these people" to your worker that I and my son heard clearly over her phone? I am a paying customer and a member of the community. Would you like me to spread the word of your racist remark Jose? Yes, your workers gladly gave me your name when I asked for it. Loyalty

Screw this place and their lousy staff!I have had my order screwed up several times, they forget things, and they won't make it up. I am sick of it. I ordered a burger meal, tenders, two wraps, and a drink. They gave me the wrong drink, the didn't give me my wraps, and didn't give me the Fry's. When I brought it up, I should of checked the bag before I left not their problem. What kind of service is that!!! Don't bother eating here
