This location is much slower than most locations I’ve gone to however, I will choose this one over and over again over the one on signal Butte I will put up with the way slower wait times than the rude service at

My favorite Brorista, Emma, took care of me this morning! I was so happy to see her when I arrived at the walk up window. She had me out of there in less than 5 minutes with my 2 drinks in tow. The store was clean and the music was not overly loud. I did not try the food today, but they had a special item for Valentine's Day - Dutch Luv bracelets. So cute!

Let multiple other cars go when I was already waiting - horrible customer
Every time I drive by this location, it is popping! I've wanted to stop by for awhile but never in the area when I'm wanting a cold brew. Today was the day! My usual drink at Dutch is a cold brew with salted caramel and cream. My cousin and I went through the drive thru and ordered two. We both were shocked at the amount of ice in the beverage (pictures included), which made us both very disappointed to pay about $6 each for mostly ice though the flavor was great in the little beverage there was. I've never had to order light on the ice at any Dutch Bros Coffee location, and we drove away pretty sad. Though it started off with friendly service at ordering, and quick to get our orders. Ultimately, we ended up going to Starbucks as there wasn't enough coffee in these. I'll be reluctant to return, and likely order light ice or ice on the side next time.

I shouldn't have to constantly deal with dutch bros failing to setup a drive through with two lanes so that I don't get cut Everytime I go. Why. Star bucks does one line. Black rock does one line. Black rifle coffee does one line. Why does dutch bros have to have two lines and then never mediate them enough so I can't get cut in a drive through. Why is this is an issue.
