Ridiculous would be an understatement. I understand that resturaunts get busy but our expierence here would have to be a 0/10.We put in a mobile order around 12:25AM got the email that our order would be ready at 12:35AM. We got here waited in the drive thru line, when we got up to the speaker we were told to come up to the window for our food, and when we finally got to the window we were told to park ?.Mind you we were here on time and by the time we were asked to park it was already 12:50AM. Along with another pair of upset customers they tried giving me our food COLD. So i asked for everything to be remade, the employees were nice dont get me wrong but a whole hour for something that shouldve taken no more than 20 minutes is ridiculous !! If the store is busy SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE, poor workers were stressing out and couldnt keep up.

I just ordered like $50 worth of food and only got for the items that I got and they we just drove to the store and they told us there was nothing that they could do about it that that’s not their problem. Current time is 1:47 March 13, 2024
Was picking up a delivery order for Uber Eats and I was ignored by everyone for a solid 5 minutes.No one acknowledged me. Nobody even looked at me. The lobby was empty and the drive thru only had 3 vehicles. The entire kitchen staff was Hispanic and rude. They had their music really loud.A woman finally came over to me and snapped "for Uber?" I confirmed and she thrust the order at me and walked away.WOW.Thanks for that.
