We went to got an offer for 8 chicken pieces plus 2 large sides last Saturday night. We went home and one piece was miss also the large French fries that they advertise is not even half of the container. I was wondering if the manager know that it is not good for the store. The store got renovations but they don't provide good service....I wondering know why is always empty....They should be honest for work in there...so us the customers can trust the store because nobody wants to go back for discussion with the bad vashier....in 28 years that I had living in AJ it is the first time that something like it happened.

We will have Leftovers. Had Coupons so The Price was Lower than 2 Fast Food Meals. I Must Add That It Was Pleasant as in Not Cooking on this Easter Sunday. The food is amazing, but when you get a worker that can clearly hear someone who is deaf and they purposefully get the order wrong because the person who’s ordering can’t hear, it makes everything sour. My mother just got home crying after ordering food for her and I. My mother is deaf and can slightly hear with her hearing aid, but she is able to speak very clearly. She had asked for a drumstick and thigh regular and a drumstick and thigh crispy, she even told them that she would check to make sure that it’s correct. When she got her order she checked and they only gave her two crispy thighs, no drumsticks. She went back to tell them that they got her order wrong, they looked at the receipt and told her that that’s what she paid for (I even looked at the receipt and sure enough that’s what was put down). They then had the audacity to tell her that the next time she wants to order that she has to go inside to order. No, it is literally labeled on every drive thru window for every fast food that if you are hearing impaired you can go to the window and order. These workers are ignorant and discriminating towards deaf people. Anyone who is hearing impaired have a right to go through the drive thru just like hearing people and for them to treat any deaf person like this is wrong.

Absolutely horrible. Half hour before they close and they had attitude. Rushing us to hurry. ordered Chicken TENDERS they gave some type of chicken sandwich or equivalent and chopped up and threw it in the box as tender. By far the worst tasting KFC I've ever had. Even the original and extra crispy was soggy greasy mess. 2 box meals over $30 and was not even edible. Then when asked cashier she says we'll I told you we close in 20 min!!

Oh yes my wife and I had a piece while driving home. Didn't finish hot and not done. Put in oven to finish cooking. Was not happy at

Took a long time to get food through the drive thru. Received the wrong food. I had gotten honey bbq chicken wrap and it had the correct sticker on it saying honey bbq but was an original wrap without the sauce. The lady ahead of me in the drive thru had also received the wrong food and had came through the line again to get the right order. I had not gone back through to correct the order.

Unless you shop carefully, it can be pricey. Good food though.Parking: Not a huge number of spaces but a space is almost always available.
