Generally, I'm a big fan of Popeyes Chicken... but this location is just a disaster. Because they're so convenient, I've been there quite a few times. My online advance orders have NEVER been ready at the promised time and it's seldom they're even aware of the order that was placed. I usually have to wait 15 to 20 minutes after the promised time to get my order... and even then the accuracy is horrible. I've only been there a few times that there's been anything resembling a "crowd" there... it's usually apparent that nobody knows what's going on there at all. An order or two seems to back them up in a panicky state! Mostly incompetent. I hear good things about the location over on Crismon. I'm done with this location.

My friend & I had the regular chicken & loved it. Beat KC hands down. Everything was nice & hot & just the right amount of coating on chicken. Will definitely be going back! The server was friendly & very personable.

I visited this place at 3 pm on a Tuesday. They were not busy but yet they had no chicken thighs.! Tried to tell me a leg was equivalent to a thigh...wouldn't offer me an extra leg but wanted to give me a breast which is MORE chicken!They have no customer service skills and every visit I've made there is extremely slow and ignorant..go somewhere else!

This place is possibly the worst place ive ever been too i ordered 2 chicken sandwiches meal classic then the guy at window didnt say one word i asked for some ranch he looked right at me gives me the bags no ranch he had to hear me i said it loud too so he heard me i told my gf who was with me guarantee they messed up that order get home it is not 2 classic meals the food is so gross also legit had to throw it away un eatable this place needs a health department call and it needs to be shut down to many bots workin here dont waste your money if you do your a fool!

It was a very long wait and the food was cool not hot. I had chicken strips and one was so chewy I had to spit it out. There were less than a dozen people in the dining area. I usually don't judge a restaurant on a one time visit but I don't believe I would ever go back. There are plenty of other places to go to eat.

We arrived to get 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 order of fries. 45 minutes later and no food, my wife asked what's happening. A woman whose clothes were covered in food stains said, " they lost the order and just dropped a few more and will be up soon. 10 minutes later, there was no food, and my wife asked for a refund . Now, as we departed, this same ladie yells, "Next times on me" ???? She doesn't even know who we are. This establishing has really gone downhill. Within a few hundred feet are 4 other fast food restaurants that deliver service.
