Can't get an order right to save their lives. Ordered a peanut butter oreo shake today and a regular oreo shake (4/17/24) I got 2 vanilla oreo shakes with cheesecake, m&m, brownie, and butterfinger. Not even remotely close to what I ordered

Lost my order!! Two employee came out asking if I ordered the burger or the sandwich with a tea I didn't order either. I ordered a # 9 chicken slider and sprite with tater tots .Tater tots came cold .Total of 45 minutes to get my order. Employees look dishelved not clean no hair ties back .

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos, both were terrible.The tortillas were dried out,The eggs were Over cooked, the sausage tasted old. The filling was falling out. Overall DRY AND TASTELESS!!!!! YUCK!

I have been to many Sonic locations during my life. However, this one tops all of them. The garlic butter bacon cheeseburger is an amazing creation, but no other location can make it as buttery and delicious as this one. We asked for our burgers extra soggy and extra buttery, and boy did they deliver. This is, no exaggeration, the best fast food burger I've ever had, and the best fast food service I've ever had as well. Hearing our request, our amazing car hop (god I wish I had caught his name) made the burgers HIMSELF just to make sure they held up to our standards. And oh Lord, they did. Had the pleasure of visiting this location on 2/25 at about 9:30, if yalls staff can find this man and give him a raise or promotion for his absolutely unmatched customer service.

What an adventure to get milkshakes at this place. We asked what flavors were available as it was hard to read the drive thru sign. When the employee said, “Turtle Heath” we ordered 2 small ones. Arriving at the window we waited about 10 minutes and this is what we got for $14.39………2 MEDIUM shakes ($9.98) + 1 “add turtle truffle nut” @ ($1.90) + 1 “add heath” @ $1.90) and 2 straws. We were never told the “turtle nut” add ons were $1.90 each!! Plus the add ons were all at the bottom of the containers & had not been mixed into the ice cream. The turtle truffle nut add ons were way too big to go through a straw but we weren’t given milkshake spoons. In summation….our small shakes arrived as mediums - no flavor but plain dispenser ice cream with all the add ons on the bottom. Quite a $14.39 rip off when all we ordered was 2 small shakes!!

Drive thru 1:30pm 01/30/24Car ahead of us waited a long time, even honked, no one took her order. She had to go to the window and waited there, too.We ordered 2 medium diet limeades, 1 with cherry, and by the time we got them at the window they had almost no ice from them sitting so long.
