For a franchise sandwich shop, not all are created equal. Cliche aside, this Apache Junction Subway location hit the spot, from the excellent foot long veggie with bacon that Dana made me to the alternative background music it made for a great lunch that didn't weigh me down. Due to some medical issues, I do have to follow a low FODMAP diet to regulate my body and this can make it difficult when trying to grab a quick lunch or dinner. Thankfully, subway has a great website and can be customized to make it right for your diet or restrictions! This salad is one of my favorites, and I even order when I'm able to tolerate more foods outside of sticking to low FODMAP.
