My Star rating is zero i used to go here all the time till up to today I do a mobile order and I walk in every single day or every other day to get a sandwich before or after the gym and i use the mobile order all time but I went in today 2/16/24 3:19 pm girl behind the asked to see my ID to confirm picking up my sandwich and then I’ll top of that. Asked to see the confirmation on the app. I have never had to show my ID to pick up a sandwich

I walked into walmart after having placed my order. The worker was taking my subs out of the toaster. I had to grab a few things from Walmart. When arriving at the checkout the subway worker was behind us with red onions. Subway had ran out of onions and had left my toasted subs sitting open on the cutting board for 10 plus minutes. I watched her cut the uncleaned onion on the cutting board. I asked for my money back as this is completely irresponsible and disgusting. How man flies could have landed on those subs. GROSS.

Order the turkey, whatever mozzarella on the cheesy bread bread, taste, stale I had olives put on it those taste old cucumbers, soggy avocado that comes on it. Gross disgusting besides, the attitudes in there suck too. I was just gross don't go I hadn't been to Subway in a long time I thought it smelled good but taste like poo

Like all outlets in this chain, their prices run the gamut from reasonable to ridiculous. This usually dirty place was acceptable until they were caught cheating customers by charging tax when using an EBT card for hot food. The Arizona Department of Economic Security caught wind and cut them from the EBT program. And so much for their victims getting any of their money back.At least we don't have to listen to their damned chairs make that awful ear-piercing racket when dragged across their dirty floors any more, bc we won't be back to this Walmart rip-off clone.Good riddance. The sooner this careless chain goes bankrupt the better for the health of the community they cheat.

Rude customer service. Beware!!! My friend and I visited this subway yesterday. We were looking forward to one of the new subs on menu. After ordering we presented a coupon from a mailing. The coupon could not be honored as it had to be ordered from a different menu. Ok. My friend and I are both elderly and thought we d use the coupon to order other subs for later consumption as neither of us felt like cooking. At home we discovered one sub had no more then 2 slices meat and cheese. Nothing else. The other had the same amount of meat and cheese and a handful of lettuce, some tomato and onion. Very dissatisfied my friend called to complain. The person(s) answering the phone hung up in her twice. Needless to say we will let our many friends in Apache Junction know about the service we received.Stay away from this Subway unless you plan to dash in and out. Definitely observe while tour food is prepared!!!

Went to order approx 60 dollars worth of subs for a small get together and I don't mind paying extra for delivery tip but I'll be Dammed if I'm paying a service fee, thank you Jimmy John's for your excellent subs and service.... take a lesson from your competition, you greedy jerks.

This subway is a must go too if you need to stop in for lunch to grab a hearty lunch or even a couple subs for the kids at home. The food was great the service was 8/10 . Rhonda really stole the show . She respected her customers (myself wife and child) and treated us as a valued customer but listening to what we ordered and kept great conversation . Her energy was contagious and if all of Arizona ate at that subway then all of Arizona have come across a captivating individual and caught the Rhonda haha ! Much love
