Placed an online order and arrived at 4PM on time like the app said except, DOORS WERE LOCKED. Lights were on, but no one was there. It’s now been 2.5 hours and I’ve called the store several times to get my money back and NOTHING. I got through to someone one time to be immediately hung up on as soon as I mentioned a refund. Of course there is no way to cancel on the app so I have reached out to corporate hoping to get my $34 back.

They will lie about door dash and not deliver. We have ordered multiple times and never gotten our food. They always charge our account and say we have no order. Subway alway says door dash didn't deliver. Door dash will show up for the order and subway has no recollection even tho our card was charged

Today I thought a sandwich from Subway sounded good, yet apparently Subway thought differently.I showed up to Subway and their lights were on inside except the front door was locked. After waiting a few minutes an employee finally showed up and held up a sign saying they were closed so much for the subway sandwich and wasting my time so I will make my own.

Walked in to the Apache junction location at the corner of Signal Butte and Maine today to get 2 foot long subs. There was 2 employees. A female employee, who WASN'T a manager cuz I asked her if she was and a male kid who was clearly in training which I have no problem with someone in training. The female from the moment I walked in had a nasty attitude as though I was bothering them since they were in the back room. The male employee came to assist me, but whenever he had a question about how to make a mere HAM foot long sub and had to ask the female, AGAIN HER ATTITUDE WAS OF SHE WAS BEING BOTHERED!! I was the ONLY customer in there so she/they WERE NOT BUSY!!! I personally WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!! Corporate, you can THANK today's female employee for the LOSS OF MY BUSINESS!!! Today is Tuesday April 26th, 2022 in the event ownership of that location would like to address the female employee who just cost them my business!!! The shift was around 2:30-3:00pm.

Went to this subway at 1130 on sunday. Sign and website said it opened at 1100. One worker was inside and would not open doors.Will not be going back.

That's the worst sandwich I ever had at a subway that lady there was just real snotty and didn't care about what she put on the bread I have one spot here in one spot their of me very very not good place to eat

First off, I ordered on line for pick up. The order was on time and the girl working was very nice. She said hello with a smile. But I ordered 4 foot longs for almost $40, all toasted/grilled. None were warm at all. Attached is an example of my food. What I ordered was a ham and cheese melt. What I got was a ham and cheese sandwich with hardly any meat or cheese. You all are charging too much for this product. Pictures are false advertising. We tossed our cold sandwiches and I ended up cooking the kids some grilled cheese sandwiches.

Order food from Uber eats. Sandwiches was fine. The meatballs was cold. I ordered the cranberry cookies. Instead of calling letting me know they was out they put old oatmeal cookie n white chocolate chip cookies. I cant eat oatmeal cookies n white chocolate. Plus they were old.

Probably the worst subway I've been to. I wish the receipt had the name of the gentlemen that helped me, he was bald and had a septum ring, super sweet, obviously knew what he was doing, no complaints about him. First the prices are rediculous for what you're getting, I could go somewhere nicer for cheaper/same price with better quality. Second, there was another worker who started the person in front of me's order, funky hair and lip ring, had completely no idea what he was doing, if he's new I understand but why isn't anyone taking that oppertunity to train him? He just walked away and had the first guy that I mentioned take/do both of our orders. The first guy also mentioned they had a big lunch rush and he was by himself, and again, he is by himself till i realized there was another lady, and 2 other guys in the back.. If there are this many people on the clock why isn't anyone helping?? The lady came up and didn't help him at all, just on her phone. Third, the ingredients, they looked old and not cut up right, meatballs looked ravished and didn't have a cover, and just overall not appetizing. And eating my sandwich, literally couldn't even eat half of it plus they goofed up this loaf of bread, there were spots on the bottom overly saturated in the ingredients. There's like 4 grey spots, which I was concerned of, but once I took a bite I realized it's just a fat glob of the garlic herb ingredients, ew. Overall I would rather drive to the drive thru location in chandler or any other sandwhich shop in east mesa/aj then come back here.

My husband walked in the door and the place was filthy. The girl working went to take his order twice and was interrupted with personal calls on her cell phone and walked away both times never taking his order. My husband turned around and walked out. We will not go back to this subway again.
