Waitress deserves 5.We got the sloppy nachos.It was LARGE cookie sheet (for 2 women), BBQ sauce, (on nachos?), weird light beige “cheese” sauce, a little cheddar that didn’t melt.It was awful, we ate a little to give it a chance, barely made a dent, threw away 3/4 of the pan.

My debit card was charged twice for the same meal approximately 2 weeks apart. When I called and spoke with the manager, Heather she stated that she would call me back. No return call yet.

This is my honest take on Tap Inn. I’ve been to the Tap Inn twice now with roughly the same experience. Service was extremely slow to the point where we had to go up to the bar and pick up our beers ourselves. The pizza was subpar and undercarriage was floppy where if you pick it up all the toppings would fall off. The toppings were decent in quantity though I will give them that. I will more than likely be trying them again in the future as they are local hoping for some improvement!

Honestly we have been eating here for about a year now it's had its ups and downs. Recently since management change we have been in 2 times now. The first time I had high hopes the place had changed for the better but this last time we ordered taco salads which we always order and always come with refried beans which may sound silly but brings the whole taco salad together. Today they didn't put the beans in the salad. That's not why I'm leaving a 1 star review I'm leaving a 1 star review because when I had called to simply ask if they stopped putting refried beans in the salads the guy who answered responded with "I don't know" so I asked if he didn't know if he could get someone who did because if they missed the beans at least we know they forgot if they stopped putting them in I would also know instead of being disappointed. He said "just ask them to put beans on it next time". I explained that wasnt the issue i just wanted to know if they stopped putting beans in the salad he explained again in a tone that he didnt know and wasnt willing to get any further answers for me. He was extremely rude and dismissive of my simple question. Wouldn't take 2 seconds to get someone else to just answer this question so the simple 2 seconds of his time I was asking was not worth it to him. So obviously us coming back as customers isn't worth there time either. It's sad that this is the way I was treated by staff considering I wasn't even calling in a mad tone I was calling just as a friendly customer. So management change hasn't actually changed this place and good luck with better respect if you go in.

Pizza has changed and do not like it now. Before crust was thin and crispy. Lots of good size portion of toppings. Lots of cheese. And it had good flavor. New pizza is not good. Please change back to the other pizza.

Im so thankful for this place. The first 2 years I lived here, I thought the pizza place at loves was the best pizza in Arizona City. All the while this gem was hiding right under my nose. The pizza here is so bomb!

Previously, the pizza was excellent here, and now it is a pre-frozen doughy thicker crust . I do NOT recommend it anymore. However, they have a new menu item of a chicken, bacon wrap and it was delicious.

Stopped in on a travel day for a beer and some pizza. We had the buttercrust cheese and sausage. I am not a big fan like my boyfriend is, however, this was the exception. Light, airy crust with an amazing blend of cheeses. We had some left and it re heated nicely for a quick lunch the next day. We are only in town for a week and will be popping back in Friday for another pizza.Our server was efficient and had great recommendations. We got the spinach artichoke dip and that was wonderful as well.
