Food was delicious but the service was horrible. First I want to say that I’m Hispanic so this is not a racial criticism. The older Hispanic lady kept rushing my niece to make her decisions at each station, she even snapped her fingers at my niece. There wasn’t a long line, just a couple behind us whom she greeted in Spanish automatically which made it seem like she knew them. While we were eating, my husband saw her pick her teeth then was touching the food area. I would give it zero stars if I could just because of the service. This is our first and last time at this restaurant.

Only came because it's closer to home, but Paying damn near $20 for a small bowl and being completely skimped on the servings is ridiculous. They get so upset when you ask them to serve you more of a basic topping like soy beans (aka edemame) would rather drive out farther and get my moneys worth of food at poke bar!

You know, I’d come here more often but there’s a woman behind the counter who’s so stingy with the sprouts and edamame ? those are my favorite ingredients so I ask for a ton. I say “extra” like 5 times, but she refuses to give me what I want. Others always do, it’s literally just her that doesn’t, and for some reason I’m usually unlucky enough to visit when she’s there.Is there a limit? I pay for extra masago, extra crab salad, and even extra protein, but I guess I’ll just never get that “extra, eXtRa, EXTRA” that I really want.

Great place to eat. Mobile order is prompt. Food is fresh and seems to be of high quality.My only complaint is that the miso soup is bland. If miso matters to you, next door is Trappers. You can get a to go bowl of good miso soup but it costs a lot and it’s a small container.
We live in Goodyear and have been eating at Ahi Poke maybe 3 to 4 times a month. For the most part we have been very satisfied with the poke and have made it our go-to place. Today they lost a couple of very loyal customers who also just so happen to be in the food industry (we are both chefs) because of service. We walked in at 6:30pm to get our usual 3-protein bowls. There were two young guys working. They both looked up at us when we walked in and didn’t say a word. We stood at the counter for a few minutes LITERALLY looking at them as they continued to do whatever it is they were doing. Neither of them greeted us OR acknowledged that we were waiting. We eventually looked at each other, shrugged and walked out and went next door to Trapper Sushi Co.where we were immediately greeted and taken care of. These two guys didn’t even bother to say anything as they saw us walk out in frustration. We are so disappointed. We have spent a lot of money here, Poke is not cheap. We will find another poke place yo eat at that cares about the reason for being in business and that is to serve people. The owners of this place should know who they have on staff. I am leaving this review because we are in this same industry and we would like to know if we were losing business because of bad service from our staff. Do better! We will no longer recommend your restaurant to family and friends.

The best poki bowl I've had!!! The toppings are fresh! The blazing salmon and kimchi shrimp are amazing!!! Love the staff they're always friendly and alway make you feel welcomed!! The place is always super clean! Love this place!

It makes me so sad that this is the only ahi poki on the west side because I love their flavors! I’ve had other poki places on this side of town but the flavors just aren’t it. I’ve came to this location for a long time now the food is always good and fresh. They are also very clean from their kitchen area to their lobby.
