Let me tell yall, i walked in this establishment right before closing time & Jonnathan welcomed me in anyway & assured me they would get me right. Being active duty military and traveling a lot, you find yourself sampling various foods from all over. This chain does a really good job at defining what wings should taste like. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time going to ATL Wings,placed order drove 20 mins. to pick up order,and one of my orders was wrong,called the store,lady said there is nothing they can do about it! how bout hiring people that can read! i'll never go there again........smh

Unbelievable customer service. Ordered our food at 12:48 said it would be ready at 1:10. Get a txt at 1:15 saying order was ready but person inside said it wasn’t ready yet. Waited 40 more minutes and asked them again. it was sitting behind the counter the whole time. Why wouldn’t you call out a name or somthing. We were sitting RIGHT THERE. Waisted our time. The person taking orders was on her personal phone arguing on speaker phone while taking orders. Probably why you forgot our order was next to you!

They get 5 stars on the wings and 1 star on friendliness and cleanliness! The girl taking the orders seemed very inconvenienced by my being there. And by the condition of the dining area, she must be in charge of cleaning too! Floors were dirty and sticky, there wasn't one table in the place that had been wiped or cleaned. And they were all empty except one. Hope the kitchen is in better shape.

First and last time there :(Was really looking forward to the boneless wings, ended up with tiny popcorn chicken. If they are going to call it "boneless wings", at least be the size of a wing! The sandwich was too spicy with no other option. The only good thing going for them is the Kool-aid.

Extremely disappointed with my order, I paid $59+ for my chicken order in which I asked for all flats.. I placed 2 orders only to get home and realize one order of 12 was mixed. I called to inform them of my order only to find out there is a limit of 18 flats per an order. How come I was not told when I called in the order, before I paid over the phone? The young lady did apologize but basically I'm screwed. My order consist of 9 drumettes and 3 flats. Wow...Worst business ethics I've ever experienced from a restaurant. Bad business. It's always an issue with these establishments. I will never do business with this ATL WINGS brand again.

ATL are the best that I've ever had. My family and I get them about three times a month. Lately tho the wings are not as big. Also the fries have gotten skimpier. Before the fries would be pouring out of the bag. Now it fits exactly in the bag and those fries they are over $3.00. I get 8 mild wings and maybe 3 of them are big and meaty the rest are tiny. I wish they would buy from were ever they bought from before and don't skimp on the fries.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. Ordered a chicken sandwich asked for it to be spicy ATL was told that wasn't an option which is weird because any other time I was able to. I said okay and tried lucky sweet red instead. THIS IS THE ONLY THING I ORDERED and after waiting an hour I asked for a refund. The lady at the counter took 10 more minutes trying to figure out how to do a refund.. she ended up calling the manager and said I would have to come back MONDAY.. it was a Saturday. Absolutely not! TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES!! If it's happening continuously there's a problem! I was not the only customer having problems with them while I was there!

I really like this location... The food is great and the owner is very down to earth and friendly. I recommend dining here and enjoying the atmosphere.
Tried this spot out and won't be going back. Got the chicken fries and the fries were good but there was very little chicken and it was all very tiny pieces that was Soo dry and hard it was crunchy. If it wasn't to-go I would've asked for my money back.

This was my first time. The service was good and friendly.The traditional wings with honey BBQ were really good. The wings were nice and crispy on the outside juicy inside.The fries are good too. Fresh cut I'm guessing??I would go back again.

My first experience here was not good. They mixed up the order and I know it was ordered right because the girl who took it repeated it back to me and it was correct on the receipt so kitchen screwed up and prolly knew but just put it out regardless. I ordered the lemon pepper boneless and the ATL bone-in. So I would of excepted that they mixed them up, but they were both sooo greasy (like tasting of greasy, dirty oil) and was just so salty. Not sure why the ATL would be that way if they were supposed to be a dry rub but they were basically inedible. I ordered the the cheese bacon fries, these were so good! No complaints!

I would leave 0 stars if it were an option. Placed an online order at 2:00 for a curbside pickup of 3:00, arrived at 2:55 and was told it'll be a couple more mins, that's fine, I inquired if I could wait in my car since I requested curbside pickup on the app, was told they don't offer curbside, whatever I'll wait inside.At 3:10 I was told it'll be another 10 mins for my order, at 3:45 I finally asked for a refund - was told I'd have to come back and speak with management MONDAY.45 mins - no wings, no refund, no apologiesIf you have ANY sense don't even bother coming here. There are too many other places willing to have your business that know how to treat their customers.
