I have been to many Blaze restaurants in Indianapolis...I loved them very much.This location is the worst that I have been to in the franchise.First it was a pick up order.The pizzas were ready when we arrived but had to ask for everything else that was in our order as if it wasn't known we ordered it.We didn't receive any utensils or cheese as requested.The cookie was hard and old...didn't realize until we were home.One of the pizzas was Missing all of the requested sauces.Please pay more attention to your online orders...we would like to be respected just as much as a walk-in customer.

Wow. Service here was really poor. There was a young man who “helped” me there awhile back and he has been the rudest service worker i have ever encountered. The food wasn’t bad but because of this experience I will not be returning back. Dear Blaze, train your employees on customer service better.

1/20/24 3 pm. Was 1st in line, nobody in front of me, and it still took 40 mins to get one pizza. Sat there and had to listen to 3 employees complain about getting into it with angry customers. I can now imagine why they have angry customers. The new girl running the oven looked lost and they didn't help her. To top it off pizza was burnt. Multiple bad experiences at this location

This was my first time coming to the location and being disappointed. I came in and the place was empty and there were 4 employees. A young lady help us right away and asked what we wanted, we only wanted 2 pizzas; a build your own and a 2 topping. The girl writes everything down and then walks away and leaves us waiting there, meanwhile there's a boy filling up the topping, who just looks at us and continues filling up the topping and a girl in the back peaking around the corner. Overall we were waiting about 10 mins to have our pizza made and no one stopped what they were doing to help us. It was just awkward standing there watching everyone ignore us.

This establishment is NASTY!Food everywhere on their side of the glass.Soot and burnt crumbs all on the floor by the oven.The glass looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days.Just disgusting!Very disappointed

I came here with my sister to relax and catch up, but was ruined by terrible service. The young man working there was rude and didn't listen correctly. He got my order wrong and even worse the pizza was oily, soggy, and just lacked flavor, utterly unacceptable

Always have a great experience here, the guys here are helpful and nice. I always get build your own. Pizza is flavorful crispy where it needs to be and hardly burnt not burnt black but crispy but that's how i like it a little crispy. This is my go to place for build your own pizza cause they don't disappoint.
