I had high hopes for this place reading all the reviews but man I was let down today and out $30 and left hungry!!! The wait was ridiculous, my BBQ brisket sandwich was cold and DISGUSTING! It was wrapped in paper like they took it out of a refrigerator and stuck it in a microwave before handing it to me. I had to go ask the girl if I could get a new fresh sandwich and it looks like it killed her to get me one. My husband's turkey sandwich was so small and definitely not worth what we paid for it. The salad was mediocre and service sucked. We will not be going back and I wish I could have been refunded because I did not even eat my sandwich it was gross.

Went to this place for lunch, my boyfriend and I are sick so we placed a curbside pick up order. Apparently if your order is ready you still have to come in & pick up your order because the person went on “break”. Ridiculous. Why do I tip you guys? And then when my boyfriend went in to pick up his order because no one brought it out after 10minutes we get no apology? Just “Oh he’s on break”. Screw you guys never coming back! May not seem like a big deal but when you have a fever already this is the cherry on top.

Food and service were as expected, however the dining room was trashed. No clean tables, drink and condiment bar was wiped out and filthy. The bathroom was disgusting with one stall backed up. There was no urgency to even come out from behind the counter and address any of these issues.
They always have great food and I always find great offers in the app.

I usually have the berry salad and I really like it.The restaurant is simple, quiet, and clean. It's a great place to meet up with friends for a quick lunch and have a conversation.
Cafe Zupas is the best! There are nights when we don't want to cook, but maybe because we're budgeting we don't want to go out to a restaurant. And maybe also since we're trying to eat healthier we prefer soup and salad. Cafe Zupas checks all those boxes and doesn't sacrifice flavor. The soups are delicious, their sandwiches are tasty, and they have a great variety of salads, even for those "lettuce is for rabbits" type of people. The cherry on top, no pun intended is their desserts. They're all so amazing!! So if you're craving something healthier or maybe you just don't want to cook and don't want to go out and spend a lot, please try Cafe Zupas. They're in the same category as Panera or Kneaders, but in my book, they're definitely ranked #1!!3/19/24 Update - I don't know who the male is working the sandwich/salad line around 5:30pm, but he was so polite, so kind and so welcoming. Not everyone seemed happy to be at work, which I understand, but when you work the front of the house it's kinda needed. I've been here quite a long time now. Recently, been here to order some salad and soup. This was on Monday 3/18/2023 around 8:00PM - 8:30PM. There were 5 girls working there. My complaint is only for the girl at the register. She pretty much scammed me, even if it's only a little and unintentionally. I told her that I was doing the "try 2 combo" for $12.99. it should have been one with the sandwich and soup and the other one sandwich with salad. So, it should have been $12.99 + $12.99 instead of $18.38. if I include with tax and everything, it should've been under $30, instead, it is $34.13. So, I was basically scammed about $4 - $5 dollars. The only reason why I did not put 1 stars is because the food here is good, and not every staff members there sucks like the one that I got. Anyway, if I'm gonna go here again, I recommend day time, or avoid whoever the girl register at that particular night. This review is to let people know so that they can be careful. I actually did said to the girl that she made a mistake, but she insisted that it didn't matter and that it would've came out at the same price. But, obviously, that wasn't true.

The service was very good. The dinning room tables are filthy. Had I know the tables were not clean I would have taken my order to go. When I spoke to the manager about the dirty tables he became annoyed and told me " Yeah, well we're short staff today busy" They were not busy. His answer is totally unacceptable. If he has a problem keeping tables and floor clean then he should have closed the restaurant.

I've been getting this place delivered for over two years and it's Soo delish the chipotle salad is the best. There soups are great when I'm under the weather and so many sandwich selections. Of course the strawberries covered in chocolate are always great. Love this place. Loyal customer.
