Worst service had to wait for 2 cookies and whole pizza But the guy said 45 Minutes all the way to 1 hour at 3P'm I was like what No way I have emergency fade and start to to feel weird need to go home but swear to god they need to update by adding guest number like Mcdonalds does IDC If they aren't doing but they need to!! Or else I will make them closed there food court permanently! Never will be coming back too this Costco and places again until they can start acting inappropriately like target Walmart and other!!!!

Have been going to this Costco for 6 yrs now. Never an issue. Employees are usually friendly and helpful. As I was picking up my cooked chicken today I mentioned to the employee that the chickens are always undercooked around the bone area. He said " Oh Really" but it was condensing. I understand these are big chickens and the legs are pulling away. That does not mean the inside is fully cooked. I just cut mine up and it was undercooked. I don't mind because I only buy these when I am using it in a recipe that needs to be cooked. I will never buy one to just eat. When I mentioned OSHA wouldn't be so happy he didn't seem to care. I think management would.

So my parents have memberships and I take them to get there stuff normally I pay for them sometimes if my dad is there he will pay. I learned today Costco does not allow this since I'm not on their membership I can't pay for their items I have to be on this account. Which surprised me. This is why I prefer Sams club to be honest sams club don't care who's paying as long someone has a membership. I don't get the hassle about it as Costco gives me. Guess my Mom just ain't gonna be able to go unless my dad can pay

Purchased tires online and set an appointment for the install at the Avondale Costco. Our appointment was at 9:30am but we got there at 915am to make sure we were first and would not have to wait forever. We told the guy at the counter the TMS sensors were bad and to replace them if they have them. He made a note and we thought everything was ok. About 15 minutes later we were called back up as the sensor was bad and they wanted an ok to change it. Husband explained we already gave the on and it is noted. He then said there was a charge. Husband reminded the guy that he said when we dropped off the car we would pay. Finished shopping, paying, and eating lunch but no call. About 15 minutes after eating we got a call that the vehicle was ready. Told my husband I would take the cart through the line and wait for him. Ended up getting through, loading everything into the car, and waiting another 20 minutes before my husband finally came out. I stood by the bay to perk through the window and a mechanic asked if he could help. I stated I was just checking to see where my husband was. I was told there were only two guys up there and doing their best. (Was kind of rude about it). I stated yeah - but it has been 20 minutes?! Finally my husband came out and said there was only one guy and had no idea what he was doing. Ended up taking 2 hours. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

Best prices around! The last time I purchased gas, regular unleaded was $3.69. Other gas stations I passed to get there were between $4-$4.20. Lines can get long. Gas hose extends further than a traditional gas station. This is so the nozzle can reach the gas tank regardless of which side a car is parked. Costco gas stations are only for fueling up the gas tank. Ice, snacks, and any other quick purchase items are not available for sale. Fule is the only item for sale. Air for tires is available at Costco. Air is not at the gas station. Dispenser is located near the tire shop. Tire shop is a short drive to the other side of the building.Just like Costco, one must have a membership to purchase gas at a Costco gas stations.

Been here about 10'times in last few months. Always a great experience.Got my glasses here and they have a great selection and you are not going to get price gouged. I would highly recommend any Costco for glasses and sunglasses. Actually ended up getting a pair of Rx regulars Rx Sunglasses and had old frames of sunglasses and regular glasses updated and walked out paying less than my old frames and lens cost
This is my neighborhood Costco . This tends to get busy any day of the week. This location is easily accessed off the freeway. Parking is usually always packed . Return lines are long a majority of the time . Getting a hold of someone in the tire center can take a while sometimes. I like that they added a self check out area for customers with small purchases. I haven't had issues with the customer service here the workers are friendly and welcoming. The food court lines go quick and the wait time is bearable.one thing to note is that this location specially gives you 30 days to get a price adjustment( this was new to me) . Due to covid they do have special hours for first responders and or those who are vulnerable to covid .
