I went here twice recently. First of all, after seeing Ben, Matt, & Jlo have the Dunkings Munchkins Skewer; I knew I had to have one in my life. For all the hoopla, I was left wanting more but it was still great marketing. As I was there, I did see that they had the pink velvet macchiato and I would try it another time. Well the time came sooner than later and on this particular day they had no pink so I was left wanting again. I did a quick audible and decided on the sourdough breakfast sandwich and iced caramel espresso. They both were better than anticipated. That sourdough sandwich is a keeper with toasted bread, two fried eggs, thick cut bacon, and cheese. Simple but effective and very tasty. Dunkin's coffee gets me morning ready to take on the day energized!!!

It's... fine. The team working there is super focused on the drive through, and it took a long time for someone to even acknowledge me standing at the counter. Another lady after me stood at the counter for several minutes before walking out. No one even greeted her. The person who helped me was friendly.

They never have donuts. They make a batch in the morning and won't make anymore for the rest of the day. What's left is what's left.. dont waste ur time ..

I stop by DD on Indian School about twice a week. The customer service is lacking. The staff is not very friendly and I feel like I am a bother. I usually get a dozen donuts for my coworkers.

I enjoy coming here in the mornings every so often to get me and my kids a Lil treat before the day. But this last Friday was just awful. Now I get no one wants to be up early but for some of us you guys are our first interaction of the day. And to be greeted with "what can I get for you" and "is that it" in such a bland monotone isnt a great start. at the window the lady with the xl long nails never confirms my order just says total and has her hand out. Hands food and drinks and shuts the door before I can ask for sauce or straws. Then inexplicably ignored me waving at the window as I didn't get any napkins or straws. It's unfortunate but this isn't the first time I've had service like this in the morning. I don't plan on returning here again
