The portions are always different, and I feel they need to improve the way they store there sauce it might be easier, but the sauces open, creating a big mess. Hopefully, they will work in these areas and I can give them a 5 star I visit very frequently.
I think this is the best pollo loco in the valley. Food was fresh everybody were working in a clean kitchen, best costumer service and they were very fast. You guys deserve a raise fantastic job hands down.

I put in a order last night 20 mins before closing and Alma and her team definitely delivered! Along with my big order I had 2 breasts well done. Unfortunately they ran out of that part of the chicken but instead Alma threw in 6 pieces of leg & thigh. The staff is very nice and welcoming. You just don’t get that now a days from large food corporations anymore! Definitely would recommend!
