I go 3-4 times a week and every couple weeks you have a new employee don’t know where u pick them up at but they have a nasty attitude body language says it all if I get four tacos I want four sauces 1 for each and never is it in my bag when I get home you as the owner need to train your employees that’s why they don’t stay very long or work the business yourself

Horrible customer service for management as well. I gave them a call and they gave me the what you want me to do Would not recommend to go in the morning definitely at night customer service, and food five stars

I usually order from this restaurant on Uber eats in a regular. But since they haven't updated their options on Uber eats to take off stuff from the super nachos i usually call the store to take off the things I don't like on it. Well tonight my boyfriend called to do what I usually do take off stuff from the nachos. The girl on the phone told him hold on before he can say anything. 10 mins pass by and I tell him to hang up. I proceeded to call myself and when I did the phone was just beeping. They had disconnected their phone. I do not know why they did that completely rude customer service. I am so disappointed because Im a regular who usually gets food from this place. Sad to say but I will not be buying food from here if they're gonna treat their loyal customers like this.

Super nachos and chicken tacos always on point. The tacos are a bit spicy so try them before putting extra salsa on it. The nachos can be a bit pricy but they are a shareable size and the flavors good. Always a good choice for taco Tuesdays!

They literally act like they don't listen to you I asked for the simplest thing extra napkins and got zero idk how hard your job is or how much money they take out of your pay for napkins but I doubt it's that's fucking hard SMFH

Horrible wait time on the drive thru I waited for 15 minutes till someone opened up the drive thru window I was about to drive off I was literally in there drive thru for 40 minutes... also there red salsa has no spice to it. I will be going back to the one in Tolleson from now on

Went through the drive thru and specifically asked for no onions on any of the tacos. They took a while to give us our food and I assumed everything was good since the guy opened our food and checked it. Came home and realized I should of never trusted them. All of the tacos had onions. That was the only request I had and they couldn’t apologize for the mistake and fix it on the spot! $50 for an incorrect and cold meal is beyond me!
