I ate here today and there was one girl upfront working her butt off and two others in the back just talking not even helping. They had no mushrooms or red onions. Barely any cheese. You could tell the poor girl was frustrated. Took 43 minutes to order and get my pizza when normally it takes 15-20.

Could've been better but I seen them pour in like 4 spoon fulls of breadcrumbs n the employees were just laughing ab it as they poured the breadcrumbs in, this is disgusting if I wanted pasta n breadcrumbs only id make it my self at home I just wanted Mac n cheese w a bit of breadcrumbs. Very disappointing I brought my family to fired pie and I made an order of $50 and they refused to break 100. Seriously I spent half of it and they couldn't even give me the change for the remaining amount. What if I didn't have my debit card with me and then my family and I would've had to walk out of the restaurant after we already ordered our food and our pizzas were made. That wasn't the kicker though the kicker was is that they showed zero empathy and acted like they could care less

Ordered to go but it wouldn’t be a bad place to dine in!They let me swap out the Canadian bacon for extra mozzarella cheese on the Hawaiian BBQ pizza for an appropriate meatless option & that was delicious! Highly recommend.Tried the appetite of rolls & they were good but not amazing

The food was OK. All the silverware was coated in dried dishwasher soap. The employee removed it. Down in the bottom of the individual silverware containers, there were pieces of food, and it was filthy.

I really need to stop trying to give this Avondale location a try. I went In this afternoon to order 3 pizzas with Alfredo sauce, after seeing the associate put what looked like Caesar dressing on the pizzas I asked her if she was sure that was Alfredo & she ensured me it was- so much so that another older woman behind the counter chimed in to tell me they changed their Alfredo sauce, so that's why the consistency was different. After completing my order and receiving my pizzas I found out that it in fact was Caesar dressing and not Alfredo. I ended up leaving with nothing after I got a refund, good thing Hawaiin Ono is a few doors down.
I normally don't write reviews , but this needs to be addressedi ordered one spicy southwest salad, two meaty Italian pizzas ( regular) , a third one with vegan cheese because my son has a severe dairy allergy .i clarified the allergy in the notes and delivery instructions , and stated please mark the pizza with the vegan cheese, when i received my order their was no mark or sticker of any sort , i checked the three pizzas all looked the same .so i called the store to speak with the manager about this issue and that the employees or who ever is making food items need to take these precautions seriously , my son has a severe dairy allergy this will land him in the hospital .so when i called and spoke with the manager nothing was resolved , i was trying to explain the situation and she repeating kept jumping down my throat every time i would bring up my sons dairy allergy , saying " oh your cutting out", " what" , and then she'll change the issue and say just come in for another order then.i said to her if you would just listen to me you would know i don't have a car hence why i ordered delivery , i was calling to let you know this is what happened with my order, my son has a SEVERE dairy allergy that could land him in the hospital if he eats the wrong thing , and for you to address this issue with your staff to please take better precautions .nope she kept jumping down my throat , as if i was complaining for no reason, i have every reason to be upset , sorry not everyone is a Karen sometimes their is issues with the food or service , but i will not order at this location ever again after this experience .
